I had a splendid experience at this facility, today is black friday and i just walked-in a book of scripts for my bloodwork. First i was impressed by the massive parking lot, next the walk to the labcorp suite is so impressive with beautiful views in the walking corridor to office. Next i signed in and called in within 5 minutes with nice waiting seating area. Avoid!! I will start by saying that I have been going to this location for years for annual bloodwork. It used to be staffed by friendly, competent people. I don't know what has happened, but all that has changed and my most recent experience was terrible. I would give zero stars if I could. When I arrived for my appointment, the reception area was jammed. Many of the people seemed to be walk-ins who had been waiting for some time. I had a great experience with Shilpa today while getting my bloodwork done. She was so kind, gentle, and patient with me, even after I admitted that at my big age, I’m still afraid of needles! She took the time to explain everything step by step, which really helped calm my nerves. The process was smooth and painless, and I walked away feeling genuinely cared for. Thank you, Shilpa, for making what’s usually a stressful experience such a positive one.
Possibly the most incompetent testing lab imaginable. Had to be there for a whole hour just DROPPING OFF a stool sample kit because nobody had any clue what was going on and whoever gave me the kit gave me way more tubes than necessary and the wrong set of tubes. On top of that the employees are clearly being worked into the ground and are visibly exhausted, very little of which includes training apparently. Completely dysfunctional organization
