This labcorp took advantage of my 81 yr old mother. She had insurance and they never asked her for it. Instead they made her pay $400+ to have her blood drawn and she gave it to them. Shame on them!
This location needs qualified and trained Phlebotomists.You should see my hand.
Basic courtesy and respect are severely lacking among the check-in staff. Receptionists were unprofessional, dismissive, and impatient, not only with me but with other patrons as well. This location requires immediate staff changes. The current personnel are unfit for a patient-facing environment, and their treatment of patrons is unacceptable.
Why can’t the people doing check-in at this location ever just be nice? Every time I come here I feel so dehumanized by the check in person. No eye contact, no smile, mostly looking at their phone, barking commands at me, just throwing attitude and making me feel like I’m bothering them. Every. Single. Time. Phlebotomist always have a hard time taking my blood. So as told to by multiple in the past always tell them where the best spot to go is, that’s what I did when I went to Labcorp for my blood work. I told the lab tech that it’s always a hard time getting my blood and to please go in my hand as that’s the only place they can ever get it. Long story short she didn’t listen.
