At first, the receptionist told me that they did not have my doctors script for the second time when I arrived. After I asked her to double check, she found it after about 10 minutes of going through a pile. The phlebotomist warned me that the rubber band Would be tight and may hurt. They do not return phone calls. Very unprofessional. I left at least 3 messages for this location and I never heard back. They’re very rude and disrespectful.
I just left without getting my blood work done. Receptionist completely incompetent. Couldn’t find my information even though I’d already checked in. Then when she FINALLY located it she didn’t have my insurance information. While I looked for it she then said “let me know when you find it and left the desk” How exactly would I let her know when she was gone for 20 minutes?? She started to come back but not before having a laugh with her coworker. It’s no wonder this place is rated so low.
I walked in at 7:02 with no appointment. The the main check in staff arrived at 7:09 and took another 10 min to start the computer. it was crowded but had only one person drawing blood. Very slow service and very inefficient. They did not need two people for check in process. They need more people to do the lab work so people can get out early. It took me 40 min when usually it takes 15 min. I would avoid going to this place if you are expecting quick service.
