The staff were pleasant and quick. Made an appointment and I was in and out before my scheduled appointment time.
Reason for this review- THIS IS NOT A LABCORP FACILITY! I booked an appt. On the Labcorp website at the Ewing St. location and upon arriving- saw it was clearly branded “Quest”. My doctor had written a script for any Labcorp location, so I booked this location and received a barcode for checkin, after painstakingly entering all my info & when I got there- I found the barcode didn’t work and they didn’t find my info. I wish I had read reviews before visiting this location today. Like others, I had by far the most unpleasant experience having blood drawn that I can remember. Both the insertion and the removal were unusually painful, the tourniquet was unnecessarily tight, and I experienced both bruising and excessive bleeding afterwards, soaking through multiple layers of cotton padding. Everything in these reviews regarding pain and terrible service is true. Horrible customer experience and they jabbed the needle into my arm so hard it hurts. Pick another place
The staff very careless they are sitting on their phones leaving the patients waiting in the waiting room in addition to that the tech poked me 3 times and couldn’t find the vain, terrible place , I am never going back .
