Staff are rude, no consideration for peoples time and speak to you like you are stupid. I came in for regular blood work because it was around the corner from my house, I’d rather drive an hour next time.
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at Labcorp. During my visit, I felt that the associates were giving preferential treatment to people of their own race and allowing them to be helped before others who had been waiting. When I confronted the staff about my concerns, I felt completely dismissed. They acted as though I wasn't even speaking to them and did not make any effort to acknowledge or address what I was saying.
