Used to be better staffed. At my last 2 draws the needle was pushed in so deep I could feel my nerves tingle for days and was in pain, afraid it may have lead to nerve damage! I complained to labcorp customer service but never heard a response. Will be going to the Hillsborough location from next time.
The stuff on the front was really rude. It was 11:50 AM and the door was closed. We were knocking now and showed up around 12 o’clock. A lady came out for another delivery person and said they are closed from 12 to 1230 for lunch but the location was closed before 12. Please make sure to contact them before you arrive.
This place needs to be staffed more. Everytime I come it’s a hour long wait, with only 2 phlebotomist working.
This labcorp took advantage of my 81 yr old mother. She had insurance and they never asked her for it. Instead they made her pay $400+ to have her blood drawn and she gave it to them. Shame on them!
This location needs qualified and trained Phlebotomists.You should see my hand.
