Staff is very rude. Even though the place was empty and I arrived at 3:30, they close at 5:00, they treated me like I was a burden for coming in for an one hour long test. It was not just one staff member as I had interacted with 3 people either in person or over the phone and was treated equally poorly by all three. I would chose another lab for blood work but my insurance company only pays for Labcorp. I will definitely choose the Washington Ave location when possible in the future as they have friendly and competent staff... read more
