Facility is clean, short wait time, all the staff were incredibly sweet!
I came in this morning to drop off part of a test that I dropped off yesterday but forgot one of the samples at home. Melissa had assisted me yesterday and encouraged me to just take the samples back home, but I was late for work at the moment and she allowed me to give the two out of three samples that I did bring with me. Came at 10:45 on Saturday for my appointment mobile checked in and was offered to wait in my car. After 20 minutes and not hearing from them went to try to see what was up they close at 11 and there was no way to even call to ask despite having the checked in and waiting confirmation now it says it's past the time of visit if you aren't gonna honor mobile check in and car waiting don't offer it and if you aren't gonna let people in past 11 so t offer a 10:45 appointment and then not say anything to them a huge waste of my ti... read more
Jaime is the best asset Labcorp has! She is the reason I choose to drive 20 mins every 3 months for my ASD daughters lead testing. She was patient, compassionate quick and accurate all wrapped into one human. AND she was working the front when we walked in- checking ppl in, answering the phone, multitasking under pressure while still having a pleasant attitude all before lunch? You can’t get better than that. Absolutely deserves a promotion and/or raise.
