A referral was sent late. When waiting to tell the receptionist about it, she said, “It’s not going to get here any faster with you waiting there.” I know this. I just wanted to tell them that I had it and the receptionist was incredibly rude to me when I did absolutely nothing. Incredibly rude. Never coming back to the one in Gambrills.
If you do not have an appointment DO NOT COME IN. Waited 1.5 hrs to be seen until I gave up.
The staff here are gold. They keep you smiling and pain free
I come here for all of my bloodwork testings. Setting an appointment online is so easy or you can walk-in. They have kiosks as soon as you walk-in to check-in for your visit. The facility is very clean and the wait time is minimal.
My wife went in to get her blood drawn, she mentioned that one of the nurses would not pull up her reference number because she didn’t know how and that they can’t… Anyways they finally “pulled it up” and they ended up running the wrong test.
