Not one person was at the front desk or in the building when I came in for a drug test. Absolutely unprofessional to keep customers waiting this long. People have other things to do I can understand if you are busy but you’re just being lazy
The irwin place is great for my son to get his bloodwork at the one lady that draws his blood is wonderful she draws his vein right away my son has anxiety with needles and shes very patient with him
Made appt online and went in and got processed and out the door in just a few minutes.
Does anyone actually work here??? 30 min later still waiting on 1 person ahead of me.... But you can hear laughing and talking in the back. The 2 other men and myself in the waiting room are less than impressed. Get some staff to keep things moving. Don't be in a hurry here, it'll only ruin your day.
