Really great first time experience. Easy appointment/check in process. Kara who worked not only the front desk, but also took care of the labs was beyond amazing. I had forgotten a lab order and she went above and beyond to help. The process was quick and painless with her and I am so grateful!

GPS might try to take you on the road that goes behind it. The phlebotomist was personable, efficient and professional. I had a great experience at this location.
Zero wait for my pre-scheduled appointment and super easy check-in. The nurse here was *wonderful*! I have notoriously tiny, difficult veins and blood draws usually take 5-6 very painful attempts with blowouts and bruising. But she genuinely believed me, was so empathetic and put me at ease by pep-talking me through the whole process, used the smallest needle, and got it in just 2 tries - thrilled with that! Wayyy better experience here than at Quest.
Waited for over 2 hrs, didn't have an appt. People there with appts were still not seen for over an hr after their scheduled appt time. Staff seemed friendly, but I would rather have an unfriendly staff that doesn't make so much small talk and joke around and laugh, and actually worked more efficiently to get patients in and out faster.
