We’ve been waiting here for over an hour and still haven’t been called. Several people who arrived after us were taken in first. The staff is unprofessional, unfriendly, and lacks good communication. They make no effort to be approachable or respectful. The experience here is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
No one is sitting at the front desk and when they call your name they’re all the way in the back so no one hears them. People have to constantly go into the back and check if their name was called. Horrible place. Wouldn’t recommend
How do you call patients names from all the way down the hall. That is very unprofessional. They are calling your name from a different room all the way in the back . No receptionist at the front at all. Long wait time . I have been here a hour so far and my name has not been called yet
They were very disorganized. Came in for drug test and had to wait for almost 2 hours before I just got up and left. Go somewhere else if you need this done.
