Don't bother coming to this location on the weekends. I didn't even check-in yet and the staff yells out and says "we're closed". Ma'am, it wasn't even 10:30am on a Saturday and your hours listed online says until 11am. So, like most patients, we flocked to the one off Broadway (give these folks a raise!). Read the rest of the reviews, and I agree, I absolutely love the professionalism of Efrain (when he used to work at the location off Broadway).
This place has roaches - I ran out of there faster than I have ever in my life. The tech had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen - like she couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum. Go out of your way and drive to a nicer area.
I had a great experience at this location this morning. From the front desk check in with Efrain to the phlebotomist Lydia. Thank you for your hospitality and for making me feel comfortable. This place was clean and it has parking. Thank you again both for everything.
The ladies there made it easy and quick on a Saturday morning. They were also very friendly and helped my young child through the blood test process who was very nervous and upset.
