I took my son to the Labcorp at 139 Centre Street because they offered a convenient appointment for us. My son is absolutely terrified of needles and having his blood drawn, but Clara Liu was exceptional! She was kind, professional, and courteous, which immediately calmed my son. I arrived on time for the appointment, but I waited over an hour for the blood draw. There was a roomful of people waiting. This place is really understaffed. This is a Chinatown location but there was only one person who speaks Chinese. They should hire more people who can communicate in Chinese. Oh, and I got a bruise on my arm from the blood draw. You need to hire people with experiences too.
Clara’s blood draw was the easiest I’ve ever had - going to try to request her everytime!
Carla was amazing! She drew my blood quickly and skillfully, and I barely felt a thing. She was professional, patient, and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Thank you, Carla, for your excellent care!
