Amazing experience! I needed to get my bloodwork done. I arrived at 8.15 and the whole thing took about 15min. Clara was very nice and professional! Great experience! I would definitely come back. Thank you!
I’ve been here over a dozen times. Sometimes all the appointments are filled, and it generally runs like clockwork. I’ve been fortunate sometimes to go off hours without an appointment and breeze right in. The reception is always busy but friendly. The atmosphere is clean Clara, the phlebotomist who usually is there working is a true professional.
Went on a Monday afternoon, was in and out in 20 minutes. The nurse was also great. Managed to get a tricky vain that most people lose after a couple seconds.
I happy I chose this location! I was a little hesitant to come in because of some negative reviews I had read, but my experience turned out to be excellent! I had a reservation and was taken in right on time with no waiting. Everything was clean, the staff were professional and attentive, and the nurse, Clara, who drew my blood, was very polite and kind. Had to run in for a last minute bloodwork right before they close at 3:55pm and they took me in right away. Check in was fast and completed blood work within 10 minutes! Recommend but do have documents like ID and referral ready to ensure smooth processing.
