Don't know how to do work in order. They kept skipping us and got to people who came later than us. Let pray they don't mess up the blood samples. Not very organized

ZERO STARS! NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CALL THEIR PHONE NUMBER AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY THEY WILL NEVER PICK UP AND ANSWER, ALWAYS GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL! USELESS! Got there a little early and luckily found street parking (paid meters) and checked in on my phone, was suppose to receive a text when to come inside. A few minutes before my scheduled time I decided to just go inside the waiting room (that was packed) to wait. (There's a little kiosk inside that you can check in on too). If you’re walking in from Hudson there is nobody at that front desk. But what they don’t have posted or tell you is that once you sign in, appointment or not that you need to walk to the back so they can properly call your name. They’re too lazy to be bothered to come to the front to grab you at all so if you miss them calling your name you have to start from the beginning all over again. Poorly managed. Poorly run. Omg! Horrible experience! I waited over an hour minutes to drop off the test without any instructions even though my doctor had all information filled out.
