Deserves ZERO stars. DO NOOOOOOT USE THIS LAB TO GET YOUR LABS DONE!!!!!!!!! TWO times, I had an appointment and TWO times they closed early. First time was in December and they changed their office hours yet still had the original times as options for appointments. I received a text with the confirmation the night before. I had my blood drawn here, and since then I was sick for three days. I’m not sure if it was a hygiene issue or if they even used a new needle, as I wasn’t able to confirm. On top of that, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude — she was busy ordering from a Starbucks menu while I was standing right in front of her waiting to check in. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Don't know how to do work in order. They kept skipping us and got to people who came later than us. Let pray they don't mess up the blood samples. Not very organized
Fast and easy. Appointment 9:30am… got in at 9:05 finished by 9:15am. No fuss … straight to the point and done!
ZERO STARS! NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CALL THEIR PHONE NUMBER AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY THEY WILL NEVER PICK UP AND ANSWER, ALWAYS GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL! USELESS! Got there a little early and luckily found street parking (paid meters) and checked in on my phone, was suppose to receive a text when to come inside.
