The worst lab corp I've ever been to. I waited almost two hours only for them to tell me they didn't have my information. They had no system. And there were almost 20 people waiting in the room. Just for one receptionist. She has no patience for her job. It was the first and last time in that office. The worst.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm not surprised at all because this place has 2 stars. Today I had an appointment for my son at 8:30 am. We arrived at 7:50 and I checked in alone at the computer. Then they called me from the front and told me they couldn't find my son in the system, when I was seeing my son's name on the TV they have in the waiting room. I am wondering how this facility has 2.5 rating.. 1. No restrooms working and when i ask the frontdesk they disown to take the responsibility (I have to literally walk crossing the road across to Walgreens to use the restroom) 2. Had appointment scheduled at 9:15am but they said they will consider me as walk-in patient even though i booked a time slot (why they have scheduling system then) Management, please hire people who like to work.. there are many working class people on the job market who like to work!
Online check-in was a breeze. Receptionist was friendly and courteous. My phlebotomist was terrific. Blood draw was quick and not painful at all. In and out very quickly.
