Check in older lady is the grumpiest and rudest. Being rude because there is a lot of people to check in. The folks taking the blood is really alot friendlier and professional.

Had a wonderful experience at Labcorp this morning. Arrived and checked in from car. Was called in on time and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. Person who drew my blood was very friendly. Thanks Crystal Rock labcorp
AVOID at all costs. The people in this place simply do not care about the patients who come in. 7 people in the waiting room all past their appointment time. I check in 2 minutes before my appointment, am finally called 10 minutes later. The receptionist and two other employees are having a chat and could care less that I am standing there. ZERO sense of urgency or the slightest shred of respect. This goes on for another 10 FULL minutes. It is now past my appointment time. "Have a seat and we'll call you." Been here twice and both times the staff are friendly and helpful at check-in, no issue parking, phlebotomist are friendly and fast. This will be my goto place for bloodwork.
