That’s the second time that I have trouble getting my test results. First time they lost my order and I had to draw my blood again. Now it’s been almost a week and only one order is on the portal . I’m sure they lost my second order and I’ll have to draw my blood again. I just want my test results available. Is that asking too much?
Severely understaffed. Waited one hour past my appointment time and still had not been serviced. Not sure why they don’t have more staff on weekdays especially when they close at 3:30pm. Recommended going to Quest Diagnostics!
I have the world’s trickiest, tiniest little veins and Sara got me in and out under five minutes. One poke is all it took! Usually I get mangled by these techs but not a Sara!!!! Also Sanam (hopefully I spelled it right) - what a fabulous diva. Issues with my lab order from my doctor and they helped me out so quick and detailed. Literal queens, all of them. Just had an appointment today and I choose this location since it's closer to where I live. Anyways, this places gets really packed and I made an appt at 1105 and got done by 1146. Imagine walking in to get your labs done. I gave this place 4 stars because both visits the phlebotomy tech were both nice, quick, and gentle. Jean is quick, friendly, and she even ask me for bandage options which is nice coz I really hate the tape kind that rips your hair off.
