I went in at 10:45am and was called a little after 11am. I said I was there for a follow up visit and the receptionist said my diagnosis which was not necessary if all they needed to see was an order present. I signed in to my portal and sent the order via email. I returned to the receptionist and let them know that I emailed the order around 11:08am. I waited till 11:45am and checked with the receptionist for an update she said hold and she asked my name again then she checked the email and started preparing me to go to the... read more

Had an appointment at 9.30am. Went there with the print out of my order. They could not find my order, inspite of having the order number. Was sent back after waiting 20 mins. Asked me to get the Doc's office fax them another. No wonder they have a 2.6 rating!!! The owners need to wake up...preposterous to have so many 1 star reviews!!

First time at this office, and it was the best experience at a LabCorp across the country. The receptionist and the staff were very kind and efficient. If I have to get more done, I'll return to this location. Thank you!
