Awfully bad Unnecessary wait time even after appointment. Walk-in or appointment expect something bad.
I was a little nervous with all the bad reviews here, but I walked in early in the morning (8am) and was seen quickly after 2-3 people ahead of me. Everyone was courteous and the phlebotomist did my blood draw without me feeling a thing.
That’s the second time that I have trouble getting my test results. First time they lost my order and I had to draw my blood again. Now it’s been almost a week and only one order is on the portal . I’m sure they lost my second order and I’ll have to draw my blood again. I just want my test results available. Is that asking too much?
Severely understaffed. Waited one hour past my appointment time and still had not been serviced. Not sure why they don’t have more staff on weekdays especially when they close at 3:30pm. Recommended going to Quest Diagnostics!
