I just called to make an appt and the lady picking up the phone was NASTY.
Francis Boddom was the best !!!! I will always ask for him from now on extremely fast and completely pain-free
Only knocked off a point because the waiting area is a bit small and outdated. The staff was nice, and very professional. I checked in maybe 20 mins before my appointment on my phone before I walked in. I was called up within 10 minutes, and out the door in a total maybe 20 minutes.
just leaving a review to say i've been going for years and never had a problem. i got to labcorps in any location that has an appointment and this one is clean and efficient and i've never had a problem.
I honestly feel bad for the staff here. They need more help. This location should be by appointment only until they have the resources to see a higher volume of patients. Good employees will quit if they continue to be overwhelmed. I’m only giving this location 3 stars because the staff there is actually quite nice. Unfortunately, even though we made an appointment, we weren’t seen until more than an hour later, hence why it should be by appointment only.
