I like this location and most of the staff is super nice. Today I went in and had a similar experience to.someone else who left a review. I checked in 15 min early but had to walk up to the front office staff to ask after the time for my appointment had passed and I wasn't called. I'm not sure how their system works but right after that I got a text that they were ready for me. Very busy location. Consider going to another one. Understaffed for the amount of patients they receive. Service was not bad.
A lady walked out of the lab saying an hour and a half! My mom's turn was 2 hours from the time we checked in til the time we walk out!!
Overbooked and understaffed. Schedule system allows too many reservations for the limited staff. There must have been 20-25 in the waiting room with several people outside and some in their cars.
