I honestly feel bad for the staff here. They need more help. This location should be by appointment only until they have the resources to see a higher volume of patients. Good employees will quit if they continue to be overwhelmed. I’m only giving this location 3 stars because the staff there is actually quite nice. I had a 11 am appointment for a urine test. I’ve been sitting here for nearly an hour with a full bladder. Even after sharing with staff that I’m in urgent need to pee, I’m still sitting here waiting. Starting to feel very anxious and worried about having an accident. This is crazy.
The wait times and appointment times are fake! Zero respect for other people’s time. I did a walk in, got an appointment time that was 30 mins later. It is 40 mins past my appointment time and I still haven’t been seen. No communication, front desk staff is understaffed and overwhelmed. Do not come to this site for anything!
Horrible horrible experience. Older white lady with white hair was very rude and not helpful at all not and she was very rude to another person that was there nasty attitude if you dont enjoy your job dont work there! Fix your door keeps opening and closing making so much noise!
This is the worst labcorp I’ve ever been to. Came to this location because I thought it would be convenient considering I had a doctors appointment close by. We had an appointment for 9:30am, I checked in at the kiosk, but I wasn’t even called by the receptionist until after 10:30, the girl at the desk sara was very rude I had a question about my moms blood work order but she refused to answer or even listen to my questions she just kept telling me I need to ask the doctor and she’s not here to answer any questions and she s... read more
