ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED! Crowded waiting room & LONG WAIT TIMES due to staffing issues! Staff attitude is hit or miss. SOME days they're SORT OF polite..Other days they come across a bit rude..And act like the patients are bothering them just by being there! Maybe if the corporate office would send them more staff, they'd be more pleasant..And could try do their job in a more timely manner! 🤔
Unprofessional staff. First of all, all labcorp billing sucks. They don’t keep track of insurance changes and you keep getting bills that didn’t run insurance correctly. The woman let me wait in line, then informs me that I have bills totaling over $400 and I had to pay to be seen. Then, I say that I don’t have the money, and she refers me to billing and kicks me out of line. I call billing and they say I don’t owe anything because insurance needs to be billed properly first. The staff was very cold but the worst was the blood test experience. She literally stabbed the needle in my arm and I experienced severe pain as long as the needle was in my arm. When I told her that it was very painful, she brushed it off and was quite rude. I have now developed a bruise around the area where the needle was inserted. This the 2nd bad experience at a Labcorp facility and will never use them again!!
I walked in with no appointment and was seen promptly. The gentleman that helped me was extremely nice and courteous.
