The staff was very cold but the worst was the blood test experience. She literally stabbed the needle in my arm and I experienced severe pain as long as the needle was in my arm. When I told her that it was very painful, she brushed it off and was quite rude. I have now developed a bruise around the area where the needle was inserted. This the 2nd bad experience at a Labcorp facility and will never use them again!!
I walked in with no appointment and was seen promptly. The gentleman that helped me was extremely nice and courteous.
Why are walk-ins called 1st than the appointments??? That's not the way it should be..
They unable to take ppl with appts first. I believe it's because they are under staffed. There should be more than two or three ppl working at this location. The gentalman and lady with the locs are very nice and work quickly as they can.
Staff are excellent and hardworking but the waiting is long because they only have two staff who work the reception as well as take the blood tests . Profits before people service is what corporate greed has become . Can’t blame the staff who are working their socks off . Will go elsewhere next time Edited Sept 20 , 2025 much better now
