Woman at front desk was very lazy and unprofessional. There was one person in the waiting area when I walked in. The woman behind the desk was on the phone on speaker discussing a patients private information. After 3 minutes of standing waiting she asked me what did I need. I told her I needed to pick up equipment, she then said you have to wait. Why acknowledge me to say I have to wait. I sat in the waiting area for another 5 minutes as she sat at her desk in silence. I eventually got up and left.

Had an appointment. I checked in & waited an hour just for blood work.
Horrible place!!! Got there 10:01am just for a urine test. LITERALLY 22 PPL WERE PLACED IN FRONT OF ME!!! Mind you they were all getting blood drawn. I asked numerous times what the hold up was and I was told I had to wait in line!!! DIDN'T LEAVE UNTIL 1:45PM!!! THEY WERE TAKING PPL THAT CAME IN AFYER ME!! HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND PERSONALITY!!!
I scheduled an appointment for lab work. Provided all order and insurance information ahead of time. Got to the office and checked in 15 mins early and still managed to not be even called on 45 mins after my scheduled appointment.
