I understand they can't control if they're busy. But why take appointments if you're just placed in the same queue as all the walk-ins? Clearly with all the similar complaints, this location has no motivation for improvement. Like so many others, our appointment was meaningless: didn't get seen til nearly an hour later. I'm sure I'll get a boilerplate response to this comment asking me to fill out some little form, and then they'll do absolutely nothing in response. Worst service ever. Arrived at 6 for a 6:30 reservation. Waited 45 minutes while they took walk-ins and people with reservations after 7am.
its claimed to be one of the better labcorps in DE, my third time here and two of my samples have magically been lost. i came 5/20/26 for a preemployment urine and quantiferon test, received a call from my employer that my blood has been lost. labcorp says “they don't know what happened but sometimes things get lost” carelessness in healthcare should not be normalized. do better.
