This front office yells people’s names from their desks. So unprofessional. Despite having an appointment, using the text message option to stay in your car when the phlebotomist is ready, we still waited an hour for bloodwork. Not enough seats in lobby for my 82 yo mother to have a seat. Please do better!
If I make an appointment even if walked in and check in at 6 am I get my blood work done just in time for work before 7 am
