I opted to come here for my glucose test and some other blood work after being severely disappointed by the Philadelphia Pike location. This experience was night and day! Made my appointment, checked in, waited maybe 5-8 minutes and was called back. Every single person at the front desk was friendly and professional! I absolutely adored the woman who drew my blood! I wish I got her name but literally everyone there was so nice and they were super busy too! Highly recommend this location!
I’d give zero stars if I could. My appointment was supposed to start 30 minutes ago and they’ve taken 7 walk ins before me.
First off, Im very surprised at the negative comments here. However, personally I've had very good service. Some days its really crowded and other days/ times it isn't. The Techs have always been professional and do a great job.
It’s twenty minutes past my appointment time and I can see them taking walk-ins ahead of me. I need to go to work.
