The lab technicians are not properly trained to know how to deal with a child with autism. They just say, “We tried and it didn’t work,” when in fact they made no real effort. Even worse was the supervisor, who only spoke to them, never asked for my input, and simply said not to try again. I am truly disappointed. I wish they would hire someone who actually knows how to work with children like this.

Some of the people here are incompetent and unwilling to help. Lack knowledge and just want to get by without looking for a way to help. In general Labcorp is deficient in many ways. They weren’t able to find my lab order sent by my doctor on their computer.

Rudest staff ever. Popped my girlfriends vein doing routine bloodwork and had an attitude about it. Don’t go here

Very rude staff. Scheduling team did not provide necessary information to complete appointment. Completely wasted our time with a young child these appointments are hard to manage, and LabCorp should have more understanding for people’s precious time

They have lost test results and samples, scheduling an appointment online is impossible, the place is absolutely filthy and the staff are unfriendly and seem to resent having to be there. I can’t believe this is the type of place where people are sent for medical labs.
