Understaffed. Had to wait almost 90 minutes despite having an appointment and showing up early. For some reason the workers decide to check in a dozen people at a time despite not having enough seats, and without prioritizing people with appointments.
Opening time in the site, the appointment system and in the door says 6 am, however it is not open at 6 am. Calling the office an automated message says 7 am. Consider that they open at 7 am when planning on going.
This place needs more staff and/or better ones
