I arrived at 9:08 for my 9:15 routine lab work appt and checked in promptly. I saw 2 people outside the lobby area and sat with them till 9:20. I then walked to the only lady at the front desk and she called me in for submitting the lab order. I then went for the actual blood draw and had to wait there too, while a "walk in' patient came and sat beside me. Prompt and not crowded (11am). At intersection of silverside & Philly pike
I had some labwork ordered for my son and was told to schedule here. I was really anxious as he is only a year old. I was thankful that when we checked in they informed me that they didn't have a needle small enough, rather than try and poke him tons of times. We did not get seen but the staff were very freindly and considerate.
