i had an appointment at 9:30 and they didn't call me for 40 minutes. That was ridiculous. They had 15 people in waiting room. Why would you have so many people in waiting room and 1 person to do the check in. 10-15 minutes here and there i get it. but 40 minutes. who has time to wait for 40 minutes when you had made appointment.
Been going to this Philadelphia pike location for over a year, Ive had monthly labs done. Praise these ladies for professionalism all the time. Professional, Painless, passionate about doing things right. How come I can't give a 6 star review. Seriously though, I appreciate the way you ladies work. PAUL
