There is only one lab tech that works here and one lady at the front desk. After I signed in, those two employees started arguing very unprofessionally over a mistake that was done on a patient’s intake form. They are extremely overbooked here and understaffed. It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not, you will be waiting for 2 hours or more here. Avoid at all cost if you don’t have the time to sit and wait for 2 hours or more.
So slow, they don’t care. Don’t come here!
Always overbooked and chronically understaffed. Doesn’t seem to matter if you have an appointment or not, People seem to randomly show up and go right in while you sit there starving having fasted the night before, ask Exactly how long you maybe waiting and you get some Song and dance about how they’re busy in the back and they’re about to go on break but they’ll get to you as soon As they can, which is probably never. Avoid at all cost.

I arrived at 9:08 for my 9:15 routine lab work appt and checked in promptly. I saw 2 people outside the lobby area and sat with them till 9:20. I then walked to the only lady at the front desk and she called me in for submitting the lab order. I then went for the actual blood draw and had to wait there too, while a "walk in' patient came and sat beside me.
