Had a doctor 's appointment down the street and doctor ordered blood work. The office is a block away from my doctor's office so I went there. Very clean and professional. Check in was a breeze and I only waited about 5 minutes to be called back. Ken is the tech who drew my blood. I have a chronic illness that I have had for over 40 years, so needless to say I have had my blood drawn hundreds of times. I am a very hard stick. My veins are small and they roll. Definitely Do NOT recommend. The place is ALWAYS crowded anymore. The Staff is very unpleasant and unhelpful. They like to hide behind the plexiglass screen, and they don't give any clear directions or instructions to elderly people who need assistance. This is not a convenient place for disabled people with mobility issues. The Check-In Machines have tiny screens. There are very limited number of chairs in a Lobby that otherwise has tons of space. Ken was awesome, went to get blood taken and I don't do well with that at all. It's the pain of the pinch that gets me. Ken told me with him most people don't even feel it and he was right. Aswome work, good at his job, and good with people. Thank you Ken
I went here shortly after 7am. You check in on a kiosk so please make sure you bring photo ID and a valid insurance card because the kiosk takes pictures of those items. I checked in at 7:19am. I sat in the waiting room and was called back about 35-ish minutes later. You speak to a tech they take your information and make sure it's correct then they send you to another seating area.
