My experience at ridley park was absolutely great I had a technician named Ken and he was highly professional curtious and all and all seemed like a great man ty Mr Ken for your help I appreaciate you so much
I came to this location long time they very nice but last year 12/30/24 my doctor send me the blood work to this one my current insurance canceled and I waited my new insurance send me a week after than came this place for my blood work than they send me bill said my new insurance not covered because my doctor send a week before I call them again and again to ask they help to show me the day I came for my blood work I need to show my new insurance company I was came 4 days after I have my new insurance they don’t care than I... read more
Ken and Melissa make me feel so comfortable having my blood drawn. They are uber friendly, and very knowledgeable. I have blood drawn about every 3 months.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the rude tech who took my blood on Monday. She has dark long curly hair and she was nothing like Melissa. I will NEVER go back to this location again. Not only did she NOT do all the labs my Dr. sent in, but she was mad because they were apparently put in the wrong location in her computer and voiced that to me. She was so nasty, asking me where my prescription was and I told her it was in my file and she said rudely " who sent you? I didn't want to stoop to her level so I kept a levele... read more
