Don't go here. I was pregnant and doing initial blood work. My mother is a nurse and never have I ever had issues with drawing blood before with anyone until I came here. A Caucasian lady poked me like 8 times! And was saying my veins were too small being racist! I never had an issue with other Caucasian people taking my blood ever! After she did that a Black lady came and drew my blood no problem! Super highly recommend this location, it’s the best blood work experience I’ve ever had! I loved the wait where you’re comfortable option so I could wait in my car and be texted when they were actually ready for me (which only took a minute after I checked in). I was in and out in no more than 15-20 minutes as they were super efficient! And the nurse did an amazing job. I didn’t even feel the needle at all. Highly recommend!
Last time I went for blood labs - about 3 months ago - I had a great experience. The lab tech barely left a tiny bruise. I did't even feel the needle go into my arm. First time that's happened in a long time.
Be careful going to this location. They messed up on my complete blood panel and won't take responsibility for their mistake. They only ran two of the full panel and charged me $40 out of pocket. They are saying my doc sent it electronically that is incorrect. I had the script/order in hand and gave it to them and visually seen the entire panal on the script. Walk in, fast check in and was seen very fast even though it was later in the day. First person couldn't get my vein, which is normal for me. Tamara, I think, came over and got it right away.
