I called to see if they take walk in appointments, a 30 second question, was in hold for 30 minutes!!! It was the Bear ,DE office . Absolutely ridiculous! Never using them again!! On 5/12 made appt for 1130, walked into full room of ppl , it's 12 noon , still sitting here:( even thou you make an appt , they don't honor it !
Thieves. That's the only conclusion I can come up with. I've visited the labcorp at 101 becks woods drive for a few years now. About a year and a half ago I had blood drawn to which I paid a $10 copay in cash. They informed me that I had a past due copay that was outstanding. I paid another $10 on my card. They've been continously sending me overdue notices to which I didn't think anything of. Had a blood test done; and for about the last 5 years drawing blood has been an absolute ordeal I had testing done - because they couldn’t find a good vein. This time however, Tamara was the bomb diggity! In and out with drawing blood. I really appreciate her being so great at her job! And you can tell she absolutely knows her craft and skill to be able to let a person who might be going through a lot to not have to deal with the stress of getting blood drawn. Don't go here. I was pregnant and doing initial blood work. My mother is a nurse and never have I ever had issues with drawing blood before with anyone until I came here. A Caucasian lady poked me like 8 times! And was saying my veins were too small being racist! I never had an issue with other Caucasian people taking my blood ever! After she did that a Black lady came and drew my blood no problem! Super highly recommend this location, it’s the best blood work experience I’ve ever had! I loved the wait where you’re comfortable option so I could wait in my car and be texted when they were actually ready for me (which only took a minute after I checked in). I was in and out in no more than 15-20 minutes as they were super efficient! And the nurse did an amazing job. I didn’t even feel the needle at all. Highly recommend!
