The morning staff is understaffed with only one person. The Morning lady is not friendly and DOES NOT understand how an appointment customer comes before a walk in. I have tried two times to give blood and both times walked out pissed off. Last week after an hour and half. The first time wait no appointment. I then said something she said make an appointment sir. So that I did I showed up at 7:50 am for a 8pm and at 8:40 I left again. I would go other places !!!
