I had an appointment at 8:15 am and was fasting. I waited an hour as only one employee was there. She seemed to have problems drawing blood. Finally, another employee arrived. Both employees were incompetent and unpleasant. When my blood was drawn, my vein was broken (probably deliberately) even though she used a butterfly needle. I probably shouldn’t have told her I would not come back.
