I had a great experience on 6/3/2026. The staffs were nice, and I was in and out.
Staff Was NOT Helpful At All. I Went Straight To Quest Diagnostics And Was Serviced With No Issues. Please Stop Going Into Healthcare If You Don't CARE To Help People. Looking Up Certain Codes For Different Test That Need To Be Done , Is NOT The Patient/Customer's Job. Quest Diagnostics Got Me In & Out , With No Issues.
I came here for a 10 panel drug test for nursing school. Checking in is super easy on the iPad. Once you check in you just wait for them to call you back. When I went it was in the morning and there was not really a wait. I really like the staff here. You can tell they enjoy what they do. The person who did my urine test is ZaZa, and ugh I loved her lol. If you need Labcorp services use this location. It’s in an office building with lots of parking.
Every time I’ve visited this location, there seems to be an issue with their technology or internet system going down. Unfortunately, it creates a stressful and frustrating experience for both patients and staff. On my most recent visit, I was initially denied service because I didn’t have my lab order printed out due to their system being offline. I left to print it, came back, and was then told they no longer needed it because the internet had started working again. It was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating... read more
