I called this location over fifteen times within a two-day day span and they never answered. I had a simple question that would have been answered within 30 seconds, but instead I had to drive to the physical location and wait in the waiting area to ask the question. Out of curiosity, I called the phone while I was sitting in the waiting area and I watched my call be ignored.
First, I wanna start off by saying Miss Lyrissa, tori and Jessica are absolutely amazing!!!!!!I am beyond impressed with excellent customer service!!! Just genuine nice women!!! Beyond impressed on How clean the facility was. I’m an extremely hard stick. I’ve been to quest diagnostic where they have fish for my veins multiple times I would even scream and they would continue. This was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had and they are super warm in this clinic and just happy people!!!! I will always come here from now... read more
