I’ve been to this location before and it was an okay experience. However this last visit and group of ladies who were working, were very unpleasant on 11/25/2025 in the morning. They all had very bad attitudes. Cutting you off when trying to explain things. Not being transparent about needing to recheck in because they sent me downstairs outside to submit my order form due to their Internet not being great. Disorganized, working in silos and nothing is connected to the medical provider. A complete disaster in terms of customer service
So disorganized. They don’t even go by appointment times they just call the next person up on who gets there first. appointment or not. they give no updates. wouldn’t recommend
I had an amazing experience!!! I’m from out of town and needed to fill a Labcorp order from my doctor that I didn’t have time to get done in CO. I hopped online to see where the closest place was and when I found it on here the ratings l, as you can see, were really low! I was a little worried but went in anyways. I only waited for 5 mins the nurse took me back, got my order form plugged in and drew my blood. I didn’t even feel a poke, I am not great with needles.
