Had reservation and check in from my car. Waited half an hour and came in. They lost the registration.
I’m really bad with needles but the gentleman working here did a great job in and out very quickly
The young man taking the blood was quiet but professional. Took blood no problem. In and out in like 10 minutes. The young man is doing a very good job
The appearance of the lab was disturbing, it was dirty and looked disorganized. There was only one guy to do both the check in and draw blood and he acted stressed out and flustered which did not give me confidence as a patient. He also did not have his mask on at first, despite seeing mine was on. I had to tell him to put it on because I did not feel safe.
