I went in to get blood work done and had a very uncomfortable experience. The phlebotomist did not speak to me at all—no greeting, no explanation of what to do, they usually ask me my date of birth, but she didn’t say anything. She was very rough when she entered the needle in my arm. It never happened before all the stuff are very nice and pleasant.

This made an already stressful situation much worse. Clear communication is essential in a medical setting, and this experience felt cold and unprofessional.

Worse by far not clean they don’t have qualified staff lady poked herself with my niddle was called to go back to do testing after they drew blood they didn’t have the proper supplies to cover the wound avoid don’t recommend

I visited this Labcorp today. The staff were very nice and helpful, but unfortunately the place did not feel hygienic at all. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable during my visit. I hope they improve the cleanliness.

I came here without an appointment and had a very short wait time. David at the front desk was very kind to me and my 6 year old daughter. She was very nervous to have her blood drawn. 3 nurses assisted to make sure that her blood was drawn successfully. They were kind and efficient. I was so relieved to have very caring and skilled people helping us. Thank you!
