My husband and I always have our blood drawn at this Lab Corp. We've never had an issue. After reading some of these reviews, I can see how some people are upset. The reason I believe is that they need more help there, especially in the front. I don't blame the lady in the front, she has a lot on her plate. She has to input all the information in the computer, check codes, and the place is always packed. It's not her fault, she just needs help. If u need a routine blood test go to the labcorp in Elmwood Park in Walgreens. U are in and out! This is a disaster. Not sure why i made an appt and to rush here!!!! Its taking forever!!!!!!!!
The person at the counter knows nothing about customer service, friendliness, or how to treat a child. I do not recommend this place.
