My experience was pretty straight forward. I read the reviews so I didn’t bother approaching the desk when I arrived. I arrived 20 minutes early because of the other reviews . I checked in on the kiosk, I had my printed doctor’s order , I waited about 20 minutes and was seen by a tech. I made sure to go with an appointment because it’s clear there are a lot of walk ins . Bad attitude
La señora que está enfrente es bien irrespetuosa, he como si ella pagara por los servicios de uno, he ido a otros lugares donde atienden personas morenas y algunas a norteamericanas y son de los más amables y esta señora de este laboratorio es abusiva.. que pena tener ese tipo de personas a cargo de servicios donde se tiene que tratar con tantas personas y algunas de ella sensibles.. este tipo de trabajo no es para ella.. debería buscarse algo diferente
Las personas que atienden en ventanilla son unas señora irrespetuosas y aburridas de su trabajo, ellas son las que malogran todo el servicio que hay en ese lugar. NO le importa si vienes con bb o alguna discapacidad. También pude observar que no hay quien pueda orientar a las personas mayores de edad para hacer un check in en la pantalla que tienen instaladas en la sala, muchas de esas personas tienen problemas visuales y otros no entienden esa tecnología
