I had a horrible experience. The phlebotomist was extremely rude. I asked her to use a butterfly needle ( not at least 18 G which she uses) because my arm was hurt when the same phlebotomist took my blood before. She answered, “It is your body problem, not mine.” Today fifth day after the blood work was done, and I still have the bruise on my arm.
I gave this location 1 star because 0 is not an option. The worst. Total disorganized and chaotic.

La recepcionista no sólo no tiene disposición para ayudar pero está predispuesta desde el comienzo. Incapaz de responder simple preguntas. Fui a este laboratiorio por orden de mi trabajo por parte del proceso de on boarding me tocaba hacer un drug test y no solo me dijo que sería la última en ser atendida pero que también tenía que esperar media hora a hacer llamada, todo esto sin siquiera un saludo a leer los cues de que estaba confundida con el proceso , simplemente un no te puedo ayudar. The photo speaks for itself. There’s also a bubble/bump in the middle of the bruise that you can’t really see in the photo. I’ve gotten bloodwork done so much in the last year and, in general, this is the worst bruising I’ve ever had. I feel like I just had some random person stick me with a needle today instead of a trained professional. This isn’t acceptable.
