Went to this location because I was able to make an 8:15 am appointment online or so I thought. This location was understandably busy and running behind. Multiple people were giving the staff a hard time so I respectfully waited my turn. I received a text from labcorp saying a tech would be back to get me at 9:20. I saw my name was the 3rd name from the top on the board. As I waited for my name to be called, multiple walk ins were being called ahead of me. Over worked and under staffed!
The wait is over an hour every time I’ve gone. I’ve had to walk away multiple times. One time they told me I could leave, and they would text me, I left received a text, came back and they still couldn’t see me, because It’s a two hour wait at least. Just to be seen.
I had an appointment. Those who were walk in were taken ahead of me AFTER my scheduled appointment time. I waited forever. Close to an hour. The tech who drew my blood was extremely rude. I bruise easily and have been advised to ask for a butterfly needle or one of that size. She yelled at me that they don't have that size. I could see it on the shelf. She wanted me to pay nearly $200 as whatever the system estimate was which has never happened to me (BTW the bill after insurance was $14 and some change). When I said no she ... read more
Had 3 different appointments. One i sat in the number 2 position for 40 min. Today, with another appointments I wanted until I had to go to work. Now have had 3 appointments that I could not get in to get the blood test done. Horrible service
