The lady that did my blood work was extremely rude. I asked her one simple question on where the Lab work was coming from and she got really rude with me. She started to put the band on my arm to do my blood and then I asked, can we find out where the test orders are coming from? She literally ripped the rubber band off my arm and said do you want it done or not? She was slamming things down and called for the supervisor.
