Horrible location. They take walk ins ahead of appointments. And I see these responses to reviews from management, stating that they aim to get all appointments in within 10 minutes of their appointment time. That's obviously a lie because nothing here has improved despite all the bad reviews over the last year. Still waiting to be called almost 30 minutes after our appointment time.
Horrible experience!! Waited over an hour to get a urine analysis done. Verified name, DOB, and more at time of appointment. Tech wanted to draw blood on me, told her I was there for UA only and she got indignant with me like I was at fault. After the test, as I was leaving, almost to exit, she is yelling, mam, mam, did not even know my name. Asking what my last name was. Hopefully the test is under the correct patient!!
I got to this location a little after 7 am. As a walk-in, I checked in and sat for about 5 minutes when I was called back. The nurse was very friendly and attentive to my requests. I highly recommend this location.
Absolutely the worst office. Wait times exceed one hour with appointment. This location has gotten worse over the last 2 years.
This was at 1101 hwy K in O'Fallon MO. The most horrible and rude service. Been going there for 20 plus years, and never been treated so disrespectful by staff.
