Worst place ever. They've been open for over an hour and have only called 2 people back. The waiting room keeps filling up. I'm running late for work now. I thought taking the first appointment time of the day would prevent this, but I was wrong.

This was the worse experience I have ever received at any lab corp. As soon as my name was called the worker started yelling at me, expecting me to have paperwork I wasn’t aware of. When I asked the simplest questions, I received more conflict. I was told I had no labs in the system but after confirming with my doctor, this was untrue. When I tried to explain this, I was yelled at and she wasn’t listening to what I tried to say

I waited for an hour for lab work but they never called my name. They kept calling names of people who checked in after me. So I told the lady about it. But she was rude and didn’t listen to me. I kept telling her that I checked in first and she kept calling names of people who checked in later. But then they refused to draw my lab. I called the supervisor and left message on her voicemail. Nobody called me back. Worst customer service ever.
