Really bad experience, they never maintained timings. Even though we came before closing they refused to take lab tests. It opens at 7am, no one will call inside for more than 15mins. Staff is not punctual, they just want to delay the work. They have system issues, they will not perform the tests. We are trying for 4th time now
Absolutely terrible experience at Labcorp. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service. Having an appointment apparently means nothing because there was no organization or proper management of the patients. The attitude from the staff was unacceptable—it honestly felt like they didn’t care about the patients at all and were only interested in getting through the day and going home. Always a long wait. Even you get an email of the appointment and they don’t have it in the system. Also, the staff is very rude
Very disappointing experience at this LabCorp location in Katy. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, but still had to wait over45 minutes with little communication or explanation. The staff came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking basic customer service. We were told they were short-staffed, yet it appeared that every room had a technician working, making the explanation hard to understand.
