Always a long wait. Even you get an email of the appointment and they don’t have it in the system
Worse experience. First, I went in May and the first technician did not complete the entire order. She and I confirmed the order number and she skipped 6 tests that she was supposed to draw blood for. So my next availability was a month and a half from them. I called customer service and told them what happened. The person I spoke to said he’s put it in my chart not to charge me again b/c the order wasn’t finished.
