Even you have appt, this location will make you wait for over 45 mins. And they are very rude
place is clean and sterile, and the staff is really nice and know what they are doing. although they didn't help me much because i had the wrong lab they were able to attend me with kindness and did what they could to try and help.
The level of incompetence of this place makes me question if it’s on purpose. My wife went twice to collect a sample and the two times they said the exam could be performed due to lack of labeling and sample not being refrigerated. There are no instructions on these aspects and the samples were clearly labeled with the correct name. They waste people’s money and time and have zero respect for customers.
