One of the worst lab I have been in my life. Staff is trying to be as rude as possible with you. Stay away from this place.
I never leave reviews but I had to today... Spencer, the lady who was at the front desk today 07-1-2025 seems like she absolutely hates her job. Really needs better customer service. Learn to smile, and be polite to customers!
OMG! Ms Spencer, Ms Spencer, Ms Spencer The Goat!!! I was beginning to believe I didn’t have any veins but Ms Spencer she did her thing. There was nothing she couldn’t do or find from the moment I came into that office from the codes to the veins lol! Definitely recommend 10 of 10
Julia is the kindest. she always does my blood work and is so sweet and pleasant. the other elderly woman with red lipstick this morning at the front on the other hand had the worst, rudest attitude ever. She needs some sort of attitude training classes. After she gave me all this sass for no reason while i was checked in and just waiting to be called, she looks at me up and down saying “can i help you?” with so much attitude.
