My appointment 2/6/25. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment and checked in using the kiosk. I then waited over an hour while multiple people who checked in after me were called and seen first. I went to the front desk to ask a simple question. I needed to know whether my drug test would be covered by my employer or if I needed to add insurance since the kiosk requested it. The woman at the desk did not greet me or speak to me. Last 2 times I had orders sent here they don't have them. Receptionist not really helpful or welcoming.

Set my appointment at 10AM didn’t get seen until 10:48AM. Very friendly staff, and clean office. Had submitted appointment to get testing done but somehow it didn’t apparently show in there system and made me wait again to submit the lab work I needed. I feel like if I was already seen, the team should have the control to be able to adjust the lab work we want or help us do it immediately to not have to wait again. Won’t be coming back unless directed by doctor. Decided to leave after waisting 1 hr.

Miss Connie was excellent—she quickly located my vein, which is usually difficult to find, and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant.

This place is a nightmare. I've been ro alot of labcorp and quest locations, but never waited so long. Appoint for 11:15. The waiting room was full of waiters. After 20 minutes not one person had been called. After 40 many of the waiters were helped before me. After 1hr I was forced to leave due to their sheer inability to assist patients in a timely manner.
