OMG! Ms Spencer, Ms Spencer, Ms Spencer The Goat!!! I was beginning to believe I didn’t have any veins but Ms Spencer she did her thing. There was nothing she couldn’t do or find from the moment I came into that office from the codes to the veins lol! Definitely recommend 10 of 10
Julia is the kindest. she always does my blood work and is so sweet and pleasant. the other elderly woman with red lipstick this morning at the front on the other hand had the worst, rudest attitude ever. She needs some sort of attitude training classes. After she gave me all this sass for no reason while i was checked in and just waiting to be called, she looks at me up and down saying “can i help you?” with so much attitude. how odd, i put an honest in detail review of my experience here a few weeks back & it completely has disappeared.
I wish I remembered her name, but the clerk had a lot of patience while I was very frustrated with the services of another company, and I’m pretty sure the speed at which this was finished was due to her. So I wanna thank her, and say give her a raise.
