I never had no problems with making an appointment on LabCorp Website.The Staff is very friendly, Nice and Polite. Very clean environment.I always go here for all my Lab Work.3 or more times a year. Great!
Terrible service. The person at the window, the girl with the bun, is a terrible person. If they don't like their job, why are they in that position? 😠 I politely asked for a school excuse note, and she just said it was a 50-minute wait, and that's why she didn't give me the note, even though it was more than 50 minutes. Terrible service.
I am writing to express my concern regarding the unprofessional behavior I experienced during my recent blood draw on 10/17/25, with Jacqelin A. When I entered the room, the phlebotomist appeared visibly moody. She instructed me to sit but did not specify where, which created some initial confusion. The women Staff ALWAYS has a rude nasty attitude they are just disgusting and miserable! Go find somewhere else to work if you don’t want to be nice to your customers.
I had to wait 20-30 minutes after I signed in and was waiting to get called up for my paperwork. Just to get called up on an old blonde at the front desk with her wannabe FIGS scrubs. The old blonde lady needs to get fired. She’s rude and unprofessional, handed my paperwork and she was done with it, when I was about to sit back down to wait to get called on.
