They suggest to make an appointment. You go on the website and find NO appointments are available for at least two months. Poor customer service when you are getting blood draw for pre-op in three weeks.
In line at 6:10am I was 3rd with no appointment. They opened at 630 and I am out by 6:50am. Felt like a simple process oh and they are all nice with good attitudes . No rude workers . Thanks staff
Had an appointment at 9:30am and didn't see anyone until 11am. The other locations are better at respecting your time.
Short and simple. Very rude and zero respect when asking questions. Better off going to any other labcorps but this one. The guy at the front desk is terrible
I came as a walk in at 6:15, the office opened at 6:30. I was number 4 in line and was done and out in 20 minutes . All the employees were courteous and helpful. I had a great experience. Will return next time I need lab work.
