This is the second time I have came to this location both times I had an appointment. My appointment was 7.15am I checked in at 7.05am and was seen at 7.20am. The lady who took mu blood was very nice, quick and efficient. I will be back!!
I know I should have made a appt . But seriously hour and half wait .
Understaffed, overbooked, badly managed, long waits in a crowded lobby with unhappy, coughing patients--even with a reservation. "Wait in your car" promises the web site, so I checked in from my car. The system sent me a text message: "Your Labcorp technician is ready to see you. Please proceed to the Labcorp check-in area and your name will be called shortly." I went in immediately. It took 54 minutes before the technician was actually ready to see me.
Labcorp On Huntington Dr, In Arcadia, the walk-in service was not bad at all on the first time visit, To that office, The Staff was Very Professional, and Sandy Was Awesome she knows her JOB. Thanks, Labcorp.
In and out in less than 30 minutes with an appointment. The lady at the front desk was friendly, so was the nurse who drew the blood.
