My experience at Labcorp was frustrating due to the extremely slow operation and long wait times. Even with an appointment, I waited far longer than expected before being seen. The lack of urgency and poor time management made the visit inefficient and disappointing.
Arrived 630 on Christmas Eve. 2 other people here. In and out in 10 minutes with no appointment!
They suggest to make an appointment. You go on the website and find NO appointments are available for at least two months. Poor customer service when you are getting blood draw for pre-op in three weeks.
In line at 6:10am I was 3rd with no appointment. They opened at 630 and I am out by 6:50am. Felt like a simple process oh and they are all nice with good attitudes . No rude workers . Thanks staff
Had an appointment at 9:30am and didn't see anyone until 11am. The other locations are better at respecting your time.
