Short and simple. Very rude and zero respect when asking questions. Better off going to any other labcorps but this one. The guy at the front desk is terrible
I came as a walk in at 6:15, the office opened at 6:30. I was number 4 in line and was done and out in 20 minutes . All the employees were courteous and helpful. I had a great experience. Will return next time I need lab work.
July 11, 2025 9:30 am. 1 person working in the back. A 3 hour wait. Too long of a wait in my opinion but Optum loves this.
Got there for a 10am appointment and they said they “were running behind” and asked me to wait an hour. Appointments are not honored At least the staff are nice.
This is the second time I have came to this location both times I had an appointment. My appointment was 7.15am I checked in at 7.05am and was seen at 7.20am. The lady who took mu blood was very nice, quick and efficient. I will be back!!
