For a company that made billions in 2025 to have one employee running around is insane. I stopped in today to get bloodwork that was ordered 2 months ago. I checked in, saw no one for 20 minutes. Finally a woman comes to the front with a horrible attitude. She proceeds to call someone back so they can look at the screen to find her paperwork. I proceeded to sit there for another 20 minutes before I got up and left. Your only open until 2pm which is impossible for most working adults to comply with. Do better.
This place is BS. The techs roll in at 6:59am and find out the kiosk isn't working. Go figure.
The lead phlebotomist here—who I recently learned is the only full time employee at this location as LabCorp doesn’t seem rushed to fill out the staffing of this place—is one of the most thorough, kindest, knowledgeable phlebotomists I’ve ever encountered. The staff LabCorp keeps cycling through at the front desk also do their best to check people in and stick to appointment times. Yes, it can get backed up, even with scheduled appointments, but that’s not for the employees’ lack of effort.
I had to have fasting blood work on July 21 at this location. My doctors office said they sent over the lab tests but they did not. The incredible woman who was working at the front worked so hard to get my tests so I didn’t have to reschedule. Both of the women working here were so kind and so genuine. How incredibly refreshing to encounter people who truly care, not just doing their job. Also, my tech was so smooth, drawing my blood didn’t even feel it. Not a bruise in sight!
