This is the DMV of bloodwork stops. Making an appointment doesn't seem to matter - they can't (or won't) stick to a schedule, and their processing times are slower than the thick diabetic blood running through my veins. Unless you want to wait in a lobby for more than an hour past your appointment with no seating available, with employees who have the bedside manner of a hypodermic needle, then this is the place you want to be. Otherwise sprint to any other location/provider.
Gross. Every inch of this office was grubby. The walls, the seat, the cabinets, the sharps container were all visibly dirty. I’ve never seen a less sanitary medical office. Only one computer was working. It did not inspire confidence and I canceled my appointment and left.
Until they decide to actually staff the royersford location, visit one that can see you at your appointment time (not 45 minutes late) and take walk ins. This is in no way a fault of the wonderful, helpful staff there. DO BETTER LAB CORP!
Very poor service and negativity . Only two people working. Labcorp in Walgreens not open . Not enough staff
