I know it’s the holiday but I wish their system would not accept schedules if they cannot grant on time. I fasted 12 hours and was at this location 30mins before my scheduled appointment. It took an hour before my blood works was taken. My name is literally on top of the queue showing on the screen but orher people just keep skipping over me. So I am now overfasted making the blood work not accurate. What is the use of online appointments when walking in gets the priority? And how would you get accurate 12hour fasting result... read more

Jessica did my blood draw last year and again, today. It was the most painless experience ever. She's a real gem. Highly recommend this location.
I reluctantly switched to this location after my favorite person at the Phoenixville location left. This is one of the most well staffed labcorps I have ever been to. They are friendly, prompt and professional. The texting system that lets your know via text when they call you actually works. Mamita did my blood draw and did an excellent job only sticking me once with my tough veins, which is rare.
Very rude, disappointing experience today as multiple patients were checked in and waiting ….and waiting…..until finally I knocked. A staff member (let’s say her name was Karen) came out to berate the patients publicly that they are now closed, they should have known to knock sooner, how is she supposed to know people were waiting, and no one would be seen. I am shocked at how awful she was to these sick patients and filed a formal complaint with LabCorp. Do better here. You are dealing with sick people.
