Had my blood drawn by Vicky and she went out of her way to be kind, friendly and efficient. The Burlingame office is very lucky to have her.
I had a great experience at the Burlingame Labcorp. I arrived shortly after 7 am on a Monday morning with no appointment. I self-checked in via a kiosk and was told they would be with me soon. I waited 10-15 minutes before being called. The gal at the window went over the markers my doctor ordered and to confirm my name and birthdate (which took a couple of minutes). I go here once a year. Staff are always different but they are all nice to me.
