Clean facility, staff was very helpful and friendly. My son was getting blood work and we were in and out of there within less than 30 mins. I was very satisfied with no complaints. It did take us a minute to find the building.
Never sent my lab results to my doctor. Never returned any of my calls to the call center at different days and times. I really don’t think they have a call center. The appointment procedure was good, technician, good, but what good is it if my results don’t get sent to my doctor. Simple request, just expecting professionals to do what they are paid to do.
Very pleasant and professional. I have been using LabCorp 20 years, 3 in Clearwater and I am always grateful for their care and service. I would like to add a suggestion that is unrelated to the actual care and professionalism which is top rate. Please do something with the signage and lighting for entrance off route 19. With the construction and in early morning, the turnoff to the lab is almost impossible to locate especially off a road with higher speed traffic. It’s actually dangerous to be honest. Always get in and out quickly. The Phlebotomist is very friendly and helpful.
To many complaints I am not sure I want to go this location
