Sparing the details, there was a problem with my blood work order from my doctor's office. At first it seemed as if I would have to make another appointment and come back on another day. Luz went above and beyond to help me and fix the issues so that I could keep my appointment and have them draw my blood. She saaved me a lot of time and aggravation and I told her how much I appreciated her help!

The lady at the front counter was rude to everyone that approached her. She is unkind, impatient and has zero customer service ability.
