I usually go early morning w/ an appointment & seen very quickly. Brian is very courteous & painless in the blood draw. I’m glad I discovered Labcorp for my every 3 month blood draws.
Velma and Brian had me in and out very quickly this morning. Both of them were professional and friendly. Nice job, LabCorp!
For the few minutes I’ve was there, the one staff member I met was very kind and informative, but informed me that this location does not do basic drug tests. I don’t know if maybe at one point they did, because the business that I work for sent me to that location. No disrespect to anyone who works there, but I just feel like it’s such a basic lab service that should be provided.
The first time I came here was great. In and out, a breeze. The next two times I tried to get a longer test done, they couldn't find a way to make it work because of their lunch break. I finally went to a different location and they got it done immediately. Not sure if it was a staffing issue (there seemed to only be one person) or a "you look like you'll be a hard draw so I'm not going to prioritize you" situation.
