Take much to long for bloodwork results. They ship out late in the afternoon & it goes to New Jersey for workup. If you're having chemo the following day this takes way too long. Never get results in time.
I have been attempting to call Herkimer NY LabCorp all morning 1/7/19 it says online they're open and during one call it had a busy tone. Ive gone to multiple LabCorps in and around Ulster county and have never had this problem with contacting the company. Not sure if they do not like answering the phone or are having some sort of technical difficulties but I need questions answered for a drug screening scheduled today and no one will answer the phone.
They only have one technician now and replaced the other technician with a computer that most people can’t figure out how to use. Waited an hour and a half for 5 people to get blood drawn before they reached me. Very poor service.
