I asked two separate times for the phlebotomist to confirm she was taking the correct tests for my provider, one of which has to be taken as soon as possible in the morning and I needed to stop taking important medication for it. She said yes both times, but this wasn’t true. Labcorp has told me they only took labs from another provider and none of the ones I specifically needed that day at that time. Anyone going here probably should make an appointment. Theres one woman working here ( was kind , helpful , and communicative ) . Got here 7:30am and didnt get called until 9 am
Understaffed, long wait times (1-2hr), down systems and slow incompetent staff
Patient portal experience is awful and I was unable to view my results because the ID authentication system was completely broken. Not worth ordering on-demand tests here.
Only one person working for 20 people in waiting room. Doesn’t make sense.
