The one lady is not the most polite. I showed up on Mondays Feb 2nd 11:35 she won’t take me while there is no one waiting. She said that she needs to take care the one patient in hand. This happened two other times and I walked in 15-20 minutes before closing but she won’t take.
People have Been waiting so long that people started sleeping I think some people were waiting for 2+ hours Update: the staff was nice so I put it to 3 stars but it still took very long, but the blood draw was painless
They’re late, wouldn’t agree to give me an estimate for when I’ll be seen or answer any other question
Terrible. Terrible. There was only one women doing all the work because the rest of the staff had to quit because of how bad they’ve being treated. She was forced to be cashier costumer service take lab exams ( blood, etc) and deal with a dry costumers, because of course it was annoying and taking forever. Also it was Halloween and the only person dress was dressed up as the joker. I get it. It’s Hallowen but also not the best to have your blood taken from someone with full face paint and a green wig.
The worst lap ever, there was only one person doing everything, checking in clients, drawing blood and flinging other lab shit….. one damn person…. And that person was rude there were over 20 people waiting
