I am usually quite nervous getting a blood work done, bc I have thinner veins and bruise easily, but Chrissy made it very easy for me today. The whole process was seamless and she has a great bedside manner. Thank you again, Chrissy!
Disorganized.
There was slight error with my first and last names, so the results were not showing in my patient portal, But Tonya is so wonderful and a very committed person, when I went in person, it was her off day, but when she was contacted over phone, she remembered me and helped the staff there to solve the issue and get my results printed and delivered to me. I absolutely appreciate all the dedication and commitment. Thank you Tonya!!!!
There is a woman who works here who is extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe her name is Maria D She yells at patients. She’s always complaining. And she never gets things right the first time, leading to a longer visit. Some of the poorest healthcare I’ve ever received
