There was slight error with my first and last names, so the results were not showing in my patient portal, But Tonya is so wonderful and a very committed person, when I went in person, it was her off day, but when she was contacted over phone, she remembered me and helped the staff there to solve the issue and get my results printed and delivered to me. I absolutely appreciate all the dedication and commitment. Thank you Tonya!!!!
There is a woman who works here who is extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe her name is Maria D She yells at patients. She’s always complaining. And she never gets things right the first time, leading to a longer visit. Some of the poorest healthcare I’ve ever received
Rude and unprofessional! I felt the need to post this because this office has much misinformation throughout their online and office presence. And since they won't present this transparency then I will. (Clients need to know and my intention is to help prevent further discrepancies and waisted time. Patients On Google, the time says this office is open until 12pm however they close at 11am in actuality, as I was sent away at 11:15am and told closed at 11pm. They then reopen at 1pm.
