Rude and unprofessional! I felt the need to post this because this office has much misinformation throughout their online and office presence. And since they won't present this transparency then I will. (Clients need to know and my intention is to help prevent further discrepancies and waisted time. Patients On Google, the time says this office is open until 12pm however they close at 11am in actuality, as I was sent away at 11:15am and told closed at 11pm. They then reopen at 1pm. I have to say this is one of the better places to go to get lab tests in blood drawn. I mostly have a reservation when I go and never had an issue oftentimes being taken early. Even when I don't have an appointment I really haven't had to wait here. Why do many blood tests a year and having this location by my work is extremely convenient. There's also a quest next door which I've never had a good experience at. I recommend this LabCorp.
I was greeted right when I walked in . Place was clean . I went into for blood lab work I needed to update with my doctor. I went a little early, was taken early and got out right before my scheduled original time . My phlebotomist was gentle , professional and made sure to verify my info when making labels . Thank you
