I was greeted right when I walked in . Place was clean . I went into for blood lab work I needed to update with my doctor. I went a little early, was taken early and got out right before my scheduled original time . My phlebotomist was gentle , professional and made sure to verify my info when making labels . Thank you

5 stars solely because of Maria F. The Saturday hours listed for this location are wrong (online it says they close at 12, but they actually close at 11:30). I arrived at 11:40 for a very simple lab draw. The door was locked but the lights were on and I heard voices inside, so I waited until 12pm when they came to the door to leave. I explained I had been there for 20 minutes and that the hours listed online say they were open til 12. I went to this place because the location was convenient. It was an unpleasant experience, better expressed as a HORRIBLE experience, characterized by rude behavior and noticeable incompetence from the staff. The first person tried to draw the blood twice in one arm, not only that, she was angry and rude, and gave up on her work, while complaining to the second staff member. I was able to walk-in bc I went early at 730am on a weekday. Check-in was digital, which I liked as an introvert, but I can imagine older generations having trouble with it. Staff were alright, but my main complaint was that she had Doc McStuffins stickers and I was not offered one. Idc that Im 40, I really wanted a sticker for being brave and adulting.
