I came at 6:40 am and they didn’t call my name until 8:30 am the people that work there are so rude and if you ask any questions they smack you, no customer service at all!! Please don’t go to this place if you don’t want to wait 2 or 3 hrs. They only have one person working on the back! So awful!

Even when short staffed the ladies here are still super friendly! Shout-out to Maria! I’m usually a hard stick but she got me on the first try! Thank you to Arlene and Blanca too for your kindness and attentiveness. You ladies are the best!

The office was short staffed today, but despite that Arlene was still courteous and professional. Helpful too! It makes sense to make an appointment here given how busy it can be, so definitely do that. I hope management here can get somebody to solely handle patient intake as having to do that and draw blood, handle the exams, etc. is a lot of work.

They have two terminal check in but only one available, I don't know they purposely do that or not but the other one it's has been out for almost a year now. Also they're open at six but there are a lot of senior. They should have place for them to shelter. It's cold at 6am
