Waited for about an hour before finding out out their system was down and were only accepting paper referrals. Could not get my labs done after fasting and taking off work.
Slow as hell.
The check-in process was easy and my phlebotomist was friendly and efficient. I got there a little early and was in and out before my scheduled appointment time. About as pleasant as a blood draw can be.
There is no receptionist at the front desk to help navigate the checkin process. The blood draw was fine. The lack of a human to help customers is terrible.
Who is responsible for posting the results? I have had 2 blood draws and none of my results have posted within two weeks. I had to submit a complaint both times to get the results even though I have orders from my doctor. You need someone who will be conscientious about this and it be THEIR job. I appreciate you being close, but you also need to be responsible and customer service oriented. What is your internal process? And do you check security before you send results?
