I don’t know what to say :( I think either they need a supervisor or an extra person. One person is just doing check-in when there is a lot of people waiting for their turn and also I saw one person who had an appointment and waited for 40 mins. After an appointment, I feel bad.
Went in to drop off some samples and the front desk receptionist was very unhelpful. When asked for help, she shrugged and proceeded to tell me that the sample I had to refrigerate over the weekend (which the previous receptionist told me to do); because labcorp isn’t open on the weekend at this location, wasn’t valid anyways and told me bye.
I have to say I don’t understand the bad reviews… of course they are busy and of course they may take long to see you but they are also understaff … everyone has always been kind and patient with me … so I don’t have any complains other than Lab Corp should do better helping their employees
After checking I had to wait over an hour and still didn’t get seen. Had 9 other walk in appointments go before me and I can see no logical order to how this business operates.
