I have to say I don’t understand the bad reviews… of course they are busy and of course they may take long to see you but they are also understaff … everyone has always been kind and patient with me … so I don’t have any complains other than Lab Corp should do better helping their employees
After checking I had to wait over an hour and still didn’t get seen. Had 9 other walk in appointments go before me and I can see no logical order to how this business operates.
Service was terrible. I waited for 15 minutes before being spoken to by the staff, just for her to tell me that the system is down and that I just had to sit and wait longer. She was incredibly unhelpful when I tried to inquire about other options, and told me to wait for an undetermined amount of time. If you would like to actually be acknowledged and have your blood work done, find somewhere else to go.
Labcorp does not answer the phones or return calls when you leave a message. And they don’t seem to think it is a big deal. Just know, if you have a quick question or need to follow up on something, you will have to go to them in person. It is unprofessional.
