Service was terrible. I waited for 15 minutes before being spoken to by the staff, just for her to tell me that the system is down and that I just had to sit and wait longer. She was incredibly unhelpful when I tried to inquire about other options, and told me to wait for an undetermined amount of time. If you would like to actually be acknowledged and have your blood work done, find somewhere else to go.
Labcorp does not answer the phones or return calls when you leave a message. And they don’t seem to think it is a big deal. Just know, if you have a quick question or need to follow up on something, you will have to go to them in person. It is unprofessional.
I’ve been here twice for blood work and have always been happy with my visit. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen. This last time I was unable to locate my test online so I showed up 15 minutes before my visit. I was referred to a website where I was able to order my test without a doctor’s order. Even though I could have waited up to 3 hours for my email confirmation, Tracey and Silvia at the front desk were able to locate my order and expedite the process. Very rude front desk staff. I had an appointment and got there few minutes early. Waited way past the appointment time. Since it looked like they were busy and running late I asked the person at front desk if they are running late and how long of a wait am looking at. Instead of answering my question she snapped at me saying it’s been only few minutes and just wait. When asked how long of a wait I am looking at she just made mocking faces. Very bad experience.
I took my 3yr old to LabCorp in Mebane and had a wonderful experience despite the circumstances. The technician said she specialized in pediatrics for 11 years, it showed! Thank you for the wonderful care you gave to my baby girl, I never expected to get through the lab draw tear free, but we did!
