Told phlebotomist my daughter needed a butterfly needle for ease of access and comfort. She said they didn't have any and proceeded to stick my daughter 3 times to get the lab draw needed. A good lab should always be well stocked, a good phlebotomist should heed the advice of a parent (and I am a nurse) and Labcorp can do better than this.
Staff was rude! Told me I had to take my child to the hospital for blood work even though the hospital told me to go to LapCorp to get it done and they Denied me all cause of my child was crying! So unprofessional. And the lady that sits up front rude as well.
This labcorp location is not friendly, they are supposed to be open until 12 pm if you happen to go at 11:30 they will not serve you. The receptionist are rude not friendly, not helpful and not provide a professional atmosphere. Please choose another location for your lab work.
Both people working were constantly coughing and did not wear a mask. This is a medical facility where they are in physical contact with their patients and should be required to wear a mask if they choose to work sick.
