Was weary about coming to this location due to the poor reviews, but it was the closest to me. Went in for a drug test, required by my new job. Came on a Friday morning around 9:30, was out of there by 9:40, quick and easy.
Great friendly service. I paid for on demand test online then set appointment for 830am and was out by 844am. Im a difficult to get but after checking my veins she pulled out the butterfly and got it in one stick. I hate needles so thanks for doing a great job!
They never answer the phone when you call
Today My fiancé went in for a drug screening for his job that requires an observer to be present; This place does not provide an observer nor do they tell the company who contracted them this important information and because they don’t provide observer’s the older lady states that she’s going to send my fiancée results in as a “refusal”! He states to her that she’s can not do that because that will cost him his job as a truck driver and he will lose his license!! If I could give negative stars I would. Sat for one hour waiting for routine blood work and a breath test. Watched people go in and leave before me and I went up and after 30 mins asked why my name had been removed from the screen. They said i was coming up but they were behind. After another 30 mins I started feeling sick and light headed since I hadn't ate or drank in 12 hours. Went up and asked when I was going and that I felt seriously sick.
