Staff was rude! Told me I had to take my child to the hospital for blood work even though the hospital told me to go to LapCorp to get it done and they Denied me all cause of my child was crying! So unprofessional. And the lady that sits up front rude as well.
This labcorp location is not friendly, they are supposed to be open until 12 pm if you happen to go at 11:30 they will not serve you. The receptionist are rude not friendly, not helpful and not provide a professional atmosphere. Please choose another location for your lab work.
Both people working were constantly coughing and did not wear a mask. This is a medical facility where they are in physical contact with their patients and should be required to wear a mask if they choose to work sick.
THEY DONT RESPECT THEIR OWN PRICING. BILLING AGENT STATED THE PRICES ON THE SITE ARE REFENCE ONLY AND MAY CHANGE FOR BILLING. A LAB WORK TOTALING $256 IS BEING BILLED TO ME FOR $550 DOLLARS!
