recently visited Labcorp in Fair Lawn, NJ, and unfortunately had one of the worst patient service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The two front desk employees were openly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive toward patients. While sitting in the waiting area, I personally witnessed them mimicking patients and discussing private medical situations in a joking manner. Great location, great staff, get there early if you dont have an appointment!!! Been here numerous times and the blood draw is perdect every time no bruise and as painless as can be! I've had bad ones at other places, but not here.
If I could give a zero I would! What is going on with Customer service? These girls/young women have the worst attitude! If they don't like working there, why are they there? Their personality is horrible! They shouldn't be working with the public! I had to do something and I asked HOW? I had never done it, she asked me, "you've never done this?"
