Had my blood drawn here twice and it's always super quick, easy and painless. Love the gal working today- she's so funny and knows what she's doing
I was the only individual inside this office and even had an appointment scheduled for drug screen. Even though it was just me, they didn't want to do it saying, "federal law prohibits us to conduct drug screens after 2pm" Then why would the website let me schedule the drug screen for 3:30? Felt like a DMV experience, looking for every excuse to not work.
Very innefficient. Just needed to drop off a urine sample of my grandmas. They pulled in over 5 people before I even spoke up and said anything. They told me to wait my turn. After stating i just needed to drop off a sample, not getting any work done. They then explained they needed to take me to the back to go through the order and verify making it seem like paperwork needed to be done. Irritating but fine.. I went in to have my testosterone levels checked. (Transgender) I’m not sure her name but the lady working today was VERY respectful and made me feel very comfortable. She accidently said “she” and corrected herself very sincerely! Defiantly recommend as an lgbt patient .
Matea was really patient with my son, he is under 10 and it was his first time getting his blood drawn. She made sure he was comfortable and kept reassuring him, she was awesome. The receptionist made sure I knew what to expect and explained everything, she was also kind with us.
