I went in to have my testosterone levels checked. (Transgender) I’m not sure her name but the lady working today was VERY respectful and made me feel very comfortable. She accidently said “she” and corrected herself very sincerely! Defiantly recommend as an lgbt patient .
Matea was really patient with my son, he is under 10 and it was his first time getting his blood drawn. She made sure he was comfortable and kept reassuring him, she was awesome. The receptionist made sure I knew what to expect and explained everything, she was also kind with us.
Vanessa was about the nicest person I’ve ever met. Usually the people that work at these places suck but she was seriously awesome.
The techs that draw your blood are very experienced. Front desk lady just doesn’t do well under stress, it’s clear they need more staff- to many appointments. I stay calm and she usually relaxes, so just gotta be patient, she’s a good person. Also I’ve had vein issues in the past- but these techs have been pretty good. So grateful for them!
I hate needles but Vanessa is the best! Had to go in multiple times this week and she made it worth it. Nicest lady. Great customer service.
