Staff unhelpful, unprofessional. Wife had appointment 2 people needing services and couldn’t complete 2 draws in 45 minutes. Be aware.

Oh my, that was an experience from the 9th level of Hell trying to communicate with a staff members at Labcorp. The staff are rude, snippy, and when asked direct questions, staff put on hold and start the transferring. The problem is needing to update my phone number. That's it! Simple easy fix, right? No, it took 20 minutes, and 3 different staff to let me know they could not help me, just continue to refer back to the portal. I had a very disappointing experience at this lab. The staff were dismissive and not polite. I felt talked down to and not taken seriously. Instead of being treated with professionalism and respect, the interaction felt patronizing and rushed. I expected a higher level of care and courtesy, especially in a healthcare setting. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location to others.
