They're supposed to be open until 5pm, I arrived at 4:30pm but I was told "the computers shutdown at 4:30pm" and they can't see anymore patients. If that's the case, then the check-in kiosk was set by someone to turn off by 4:30pm. The hours posted need to reflect actual hours they can see patients.

Hours online and on the door say 5pm closing. I arrived at 4:27, to see a printed note on the kiosk that says STOP, no blood draws after 4:30 pm. I waited until she was free, then double checked with the phlebotomist to make sure I couldn't be seen. She assured me it was too late and that the woman before me was her last draw. Pretty deceiving if you ask me.

I recently visited Labcorp with my 7-month-old for a blood draw, and I was thoroughly impressed with how smooth and swift the whole process was. The staff was incredibly understanding and gentle, making sure the experience was as stress-free as possible for both my baby and me. They were quick yet careful, and we were in and out in no time. I really appreciate their professionalism and empathy. Highly recommend Labcorp for anyone needing similar services, especially if you're bringing young children!

I'm writing this to correct an initial #10 positive review I left during the check in process. I'm correcting to a #1 and or one star because I can't leave zero star review. Now that being said I will tell everyone not to check on on kiosk because it doesn't communicate with its staff.
