Fire Poonam. She's RUDE. She REFUSES TO LISTEN to patients. About a month ago, she gouged my arm for several minutes trying to find a vein after I told her they always have to draw from the back of my hand because the veins in the arms are small and roll. Even after all the gouging in the arm, she failed to hit a vein and had to use the back of the hand. My arm was bruised for 3 weeks! Friday, I needed to have a GI Bacteria specimen drawn. The phlebotomist was great but the reception staff were slow to assist me and having an appointment didn't matter, I still had to wait over 20 minutes. But once I got called the service went quickly.
