The staff closed down the self check in machines and check-in is now via the reception only. Don’t think they have the right to do that. Which also means, no walk ins. The staff is rude, and even though I was much earlier than their closing time, they denied me entry and asked to go to other locations, quoting that they need to eat their lunch in 25mins. BEWARE - NO WALKINS here. I told them I’m fasting for 12+ hours, and they kept saying they need to have lunch — peak unempathetic and autistic staff.
We went to another location and told it didn’t accept walk-ins. We were referred to the MTV labcorp office. The website stated clearly it accepted walk-ins, but the MTV office refused us saying they didn’t take walk-ins with no other reason.
For last one year I have been visiting this lab twice a month. They have the best technicians. So good. For some with difficult veins and pain sensitivity this is the best place to get your test done.
Very disorganized. The previous patient's specimen was left in the room when I entered, and the technician later noticed with an "Oops". They also seemed to have misplaced the shipping label for my specimen - hope it can ever make it to the lab.
Literally don't go to this location. Would give 0 stars if I could. I went on 5/4 1:45pm and the attendant was extremely rude and talked with the most abysmal attitude I've ever experienced from a customer-facing person. I left the place feeling like crap due to the interaction, ruined my whole day. Not to mention, they lost my specimen.
