I’ve never had my blood drawn so haphazardly before. The girl who drew my blood didn’t say a word to me before putting on the rubber band and sticking me with a needle. I have a history of feeling faint when getting blood drawn and none of that was asked about nor was any warning given to me before she started. Not only that but the it was painful, and I came home to arm pain and the most blood Ioss I have ever experienced from a blood draw. The entire experience was horrible and done so carelessly

This location is being operated by 1 single person (Brianna?) who is not mentally fit to handle everything herself. She made comments about having an eating disorder, she was very distracted and distressed when attempting to draw my blood and made comments about patients not bringing her lunch. I worry this person cannot handle operating a location and on her own in a safe manner. This should be seriously investigated and mediated right away before someone gets seriously hurt by a needle. The staff closed down the self check in machines and check-in is now via the reception only. Don’t think they have the right to do that. Which also means, no walk ins. The staff is rude, and even though I was much earlier than their closing time, they denied me entry and asked to go to other locations, quoting that they need to eat their lunch in 25mins. BEWARE - NO WALKINS here. I told them I’m fasting for 12+ hours, and they kept saying they need to have lunch — peak unempathetic and autistic staff.

We went to another location and told it didn’t accept walk-ins. We were referred to the MTV labcorp office. The website stated clearly it accepted walk-ins, but the MTV office refused us saying they didn’t take walk-ins with no other reason.
