Very slow. Be there for 2pm appointment but have to wait for at least 45mins. I got out around 3pm for at most 5 mins blood draw Came back to drop off speciment, no one at front desk, wait for an hour before leaving. No instructions to drop.
Call before you go. They will just shutdown walkins for the week. See image.
According to the website, walk-ins are allowed. However, when I visited the LabCorp location, one of the staff members insisted that walk-ins are not permitted and said her boss had instructed them not to allow them. Her boss is never present at the lab, so it is difficult to verify this. If any such things happens to you , ask your doctor they will take action . The front desk staff member (Brianna, if that’s her real name) should be fired immediately. Absolutely incompetent and aggressive! This is my second time at this location, and she is consistently rude, immature, and visibly irritated — completely unfit for a front desk role. She appears incapable of performing even basic job responsibilities. I honestly should have written this review three months ago after my first visit. Quick and easy and they took me without an appointment early in the morning when I was fasting. The report came by that same evening.
