I had a really good experience here. I came without an appointment on Monday morning around 8 a.m. The kiosk showed an estimated wait time of about 1.5 hours, but I was taken in immediately. The staff member who helped me was very kind and did everything quickly and professionally. Overall, a great experience.

Late, impatient and also unable to share pricing. Highly recommend Quest instead (kinder, on time, and transparent about pricing in my experience)
I am very grateful to Britney. She is a high-class specialist. Very polite, always explains everything. And a very high-quality specialist in her profession. I have problem veins, but Britney is very competent and can always calm me down. I'm completely delighted with her and come from Saratoga, where I live, to Mountain View to this laboratory where Britney works.
This is a good lab to get tests done. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable. It was a good experience.
