I've had to get routine labwork done at countless Labcorps over the years, and this one is by far the best. Sonya at the front desk is phenomenal. She keeps the line moving at twice the rate of any other Labcorps I've seen, and is that perfect balance of extremely friendly & on top of things. Every person who's staffed there is genuinely kind, though, even on days when the waiting room is packed. On numerous occasions I have either made an appointment here or attempted to walk in during business hours, when it says they are open according to every resource, and when I get there it is just closed. Doors locked, lights off. empty. It's absolutely the most inconvenient situation and honestly I cannot understand why you are constantly closed during otherwise normal business hours when you should be operating. Closes randomly! Posted business hours say closes at 4pm. .... UPDATE : dec 9, 2020 : Again! Randomly closed! ... This place is so badly managed. Please fire manager.
Always a pleasant experience there. Staff is always efficient, polite and friendly. Never a long wait; you're in and out within 20 minutes. Much better than Quest Diagnostics.
