None of the locations I’ve called have answered the phone a single time, even after calling multiple times.
I had a terrible experience at this LabCorp location. I was given incorrect hours, drove a long distance twice, and was turned away both times due to conflicting information. I was told different things on different days, including being incorrectly informed that drug screens are not performed on certain days and times. There were several other patients in a long line who were also refused service for the same reason. Booked and appointment weeks ago and was turned away when I arrived because they said they over booked their walk ins. Very confused why I even bothered booking an appt if walk ins were going to be prioritized. I was told to come at 7:30am next time (an hour before my scheduled appointment?!?). Because my test was time sensitive I asked the woman at the desk for documentation saying they were not honoring my appointment. I was told very tersely that they do not provide that info. Super frustrating and a total waste of time.
Terrible experience. I was told day before come in at 7 to check in for drug screening. Next day I do just that, and get removed off the list while waiting.
BE CAREFUL WITH THEIR PARKING. METROPOLIS CHARGES YOU $9.99 THE MINUTE YOU DRIVE IN FOR NO REASON AND WHEN YOU DRIVE OUT, THEY CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT. WHEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICES YOUR TOLD, PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT. CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS AND KEEP CALLING THEM TO SEE IF THEY WILL REFUND YOU .
