Unprofessional and time wastting. They made me waiting over 2.5 hours after I checked in and couldn't provide waiting time estimate. Receptionist says "we are understaffed". But why do you even let people check in if you can't take them in appropriate time period? So lame...
Really long wait time more than 2 hours. Horrible!
If appointments are not available for urinalysis good luck Showed up early checked in at 6:30. Come to find out they dont test till 7:30, then required to check in again at 7:30 followed by more people during that time people with appointments go first and then your stuck having to hold it in till when everthey are ready for you. The most unproductive place of service. Needs improvement and have a better processing system.
BEWARE! They don’t disclose the wait time- over 2 hours and still 6 people in front of me. SLOW AND INEFFICIENT. Save yourself the headache and go where the workers are better skilled at working at a pace that resembles the realities of their duties.
they don’t answer the phone so i drove over to find out the urine drug tests are from 7:30-11. wish i could’ve just called and found out the same information instead of wasting my time
