Horrible Customer Service and by the way make sure u make an appointment even though you’ll still have ton”WAIT” and then still won’t get seen cause they have to go to lunch.
I absolutely hate having my blood drawn, and have passed out and thrown up in the past. Arlene did a beyond phenomenal job, I barely felt anything and it was over before I knew it. Thank you Arlene!
I didn’t have an appointment so I checked in and expected to wait awhile. But luckily the office was kinda empty before 9am so I was able to get in and out within 30 minutes! The women who work there are also nice. And Reyna is great at her job, I barely felt the needle go in! Definitely will be my new bloodwork spot.
Front desk needs to work on kindness/empathy (@Rena) - especially after having me come in twice without service. Rena (upon asking), however did refer me to the Alhambra location where I was served (with the staff being much kinder) so three stars instead of one.
