Please remove the option for a 6 am appointment on the website. This location isn’t open until 6:30 am. Such an inconvenience.
My experience at this laboratory was extremely disappointing. From the moment I checked in, the women at the front desk were rude and unfriendly. I checked in nearly two hours ago for a simple urine drug test, and I’ve been sitting here the entire time with an urgent need to use the restroom. Every time I ask for an update, I’m simply told to “keep waiting,” with no explanation or consideration for my situation. Had a 7:15 appointment. Arrived at 6:45. Already 10 or so people waiting. Checked in with the app. At 7:20 the clerk called me up. Despite having given my insurance info in the app, the clerk had no record of that. She told me that there were only 2 people working there so essentially only 1 person to do the blood draws or whatever. Going to have to leave without getting the bloodwork done.
