I get everyone wants to go home on a Saturday but the hours should reflect the time that you accept patients. If the last patient is 30 minutes before close or 10 minutes before close, then the website should list that in the hours. It’s a waste of the patient’s time to travel to an office that doesn’t accept patients.

first time going to a Labcorp and it was awful. The lady that works front desk is no help at all and such a horrible attitude. Can’t believe they let people like that work. Also, they say you don’t need an appointment and can just walk in so I did that due to having a time limit, turns out the lady said I do need an appointment? they should really take out “walk ins available” from their website if they aren’t gonna attend walk ins. Do better

Horrible experience! People were waiting and waiting while the guy at the front desk was playing with his phone. I'm forty five minutes. He checked in three people and then left for lunch. The fobotomist had to come out and start checking people in. So they would have patience to draw. Eight people waited over forty five minutes. Because this guy didn't want to do his job. Wake up labcorp, this is a major reason for you. Having such bad reviews.
