Booked and appointment weeks ago and was turned away when I arrived because they said they over booked their walk ins. Very confused why I even bothered booking an appt if walk is were going to be prioritized. I was told to come at 7:30am next time (an hour before my scheduled appointment?!?). Because my test was time sensitive I asked the woman at the desk for documentation saying they were not honoring my appointment. I was told very tersely that they do not provide that info. Super frustrating and a total waste of time.

Very efficient and professional! Tiffany helped me at the front desk to set up my appointment, and I was seen as soon as they were ready to take my sample. They’re always busy, so you just need a little patience when coming for a blood test. Thank you, Tiffany!

Very busy place. Staff are a little rude. Apparently there is a timeframe for specific tests to be done but not posted in office or website. So its a perfect place to waste time and energy

Jackie was soooo nice and helpful with the drug screen urine test! Made the experience much more pleasant than what it actually was.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, but when I arrived, there were people who had been waiting for more than two hours. There was no one at the reception available to speak with me. I had been fasting for about eight hours, and after waiting for over 20 minutes without being attended to by anyone, I left the place. Very unpleasant experience
