WHEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICES YOUR TOLD, PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT. CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS AND KEEP CALLING THEM TO SEE IF THEY WILL REFUND YOU .
This is by far the worst place to come. Waited over 4 1/2 hours just for a drug screen. Very unprofessional
I've been waiting since 10.09am. It's currently 12:29. I don't care if the phlebotomist is Brad Pitt, this wait time is ridiculous. The check in machine said the wait time was 1hr and 23 minutes. We're way beyond that. Staying since I've already wasted so much time. Hire more people!!!! The room is full and it's 12:30 now. Morning are even worse!
I had an appointment and I waited for about 35 minutes. Arlene let everyone knows that they were short staffed and asked everyone to be patient. When Arlene called my name, she informed me about all the instructions I need to know. She was very careful, and I didn’t feel any pain at all when she was working on me. She is very professional.
Rude staff, no one is responsive over there, they talk so rude, longest waiting time taking forever, they don’t care, do not go for any medical treatment.
