my doc wanted me to get labs done at labcorp, and i came to this location because the ones closest to me had some concerning reviews. fortunately, coming here was a great experience! i didn’t have an appointment and was still in and out in under thirty minutes (and the waiting room was full!!). the woman at the front desk was awesome. i wish i had gotten her name, because she was, like, day-making-ly wonderful. alex drew my blood, and he was excellent. i have teeny tiny little tricky veins that people have struggled to draw ... read more
People very professional
I had a wonderful experience at Labcorp today. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the level of care they provided and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service.
I chose this LabCorp because the ones closer to where I am had horrible reviews. This one seemed better. I got there and both the outer lobby and the inner lobby were both packed with people so no place to sit. Both of the kiosks where they want you to check in with a QR code did not work that day. The reason why I’m giving it five stars is because the staff was friendly, the facilities are clean and I was able to go down the hall into the bathroom to get my sample and just drop it in a little box after I signed in and left.... read more
The five stars is NOT for the curly haired grumpy woman who thinks she owns the hospital sitting in the front and being rude and giving directions like a soldier! It's for their phlebotomist Alex! Kind, understanding, excellent at his job and amazing customer service! As an owner of 2 medical offices and a healthcare professional, he's the guy I want in my office and as my provider ! A raise is due for sure
