I had a disappointing experience at Labcorp. Parking was a major issue—not only are spaces limited, but it’s also not free, which adds unnecessary hassle. The wait time was excessive due to a long queue, and to make matters worse, several people were allowed to cut in line ahead of me without explanation. The overall process felt poorly organized. This made for a frustrating visit, and I wouldn’t recommend this location if you value your time and convenience.

I Walked in without an appointment Not the smartest thing to do but, I checked on the kiosk, very simple process. Then greeted by the receptionist and then verified my lab order. Within two minutes, I was taken back by the phlebotomist who was warm and friendly and happy. She confirmed my name and birthdate, her name is Tanny. If you should encounter her as your phlebotomist, you can consider yourself very lucky! Thank you, Tanny!!

The customer service at this lab is excellent and the environment is very clean. The staff is very friendly. Ms. Vera is very professional in this field and I appreciate her. Thank you.
