This place is amazing and you can tell the staff really cares about their job. They definitely don't get paid enough for all they go threw especially with all these entitled people expecting the nurses to jump threw hoops and magically have the line disappeare just for them. Tanny is a trooper and a real boss. She was extremely polite, kept apologizing for the wait (which she didn't need to at all) , she was directing the staff, and just was an over all dream. Great experience here! I had A LOT of tests ordered from a provider in the same building. The two staff at the front desk who assisted me were polite and helpful. My phlebotomist, Kevin, was very cool! Kind, compassionate, and friendly. I felt like I was chatting with a long-time personal friend. He eased my anxiety and made sure I was comfortable before, during, and after my draws because I had 22 tubes. Thank you, Kevin! (Management, please buy him lunch! He was amazing!)
