Morons made appointments for 12/24/21 . My disabled wife and I show up at 7:00. And find note on the door that the Facility is closed today!!!!! They knew people had Appointments!!!!!! Why didn't they call people who had Appointments and tell them. Better YET how about NOT TAKING APPOINTMENTS FOR THAT DAY!!!!!! DISGRACEFUL!!!!! HOW DOES HUMANA DEAL WITH THESE INCOMPETENT CONTRACTORS!!!!.
