Very rude staff. Over crowded. I will never return to this lab.
Do not go to LabCorp, period. Ever since the location on Bell closed, it has been awful. Went today to this location and the walk-in wait time was 6.5 HOURS! That is NOT walk-in appointments and they shpuld honestly quit stating online that they allow walk-ins. Not just this location either. Went to the Peoria location and got the same thing.
Well, the waiting is pretty bad. Soonest an appointment was available was like 3 weeks away, so I had to do a walk in as this was time sensitive. Went in at 7am and had the option to come back at 1:30pm, or wait potentially 6 hours to be seen according to the sign in tablet, so I came back. However, once I came back, I was seen shortly after 1:30 by April the phlebotomist. She was very kind, non judgemental, cheery, and most importantly, great at her job. Staff was rude! I will not use this lab again. They tell me to take my lipstick off with water and tissue and once I do the lab technician says water can not touch my lips for an hour. I had to scheduled this appointment two weeks out to work with my work schedule. Maybe send out directions about not wearing lipstick prior to your appointment. If my doctor told me that I may have forgotten because it takes so long to get an appointment.
Do not go to this lab unless you absolutely have to, then make an appointment. They are understaffed and the wait is absolutely ridiculous. 2 hours easily, no place to sit. Shame on labcorp for not hiring proper staff knowing they only have 2 walk in locations in the area.
