Slow. Hard to find cups next to the water dispenser . Over packed : the front desk was kind of rude and short with my uncle who had the appointment.
Witnessed employees speaking very rudely to a lot of people who came in asking for help. I checked in, they called me up for paperwork then I heard her tell the other that she's putting me on the bottom of the list because she called me too early. Then they proceeding to put a lot of people who didn't have appointments either ahead of me.
Waiting room is overcrowded. They have people standing g and sitting on the floor. They ate slow at drawing blood. It seems that they only have 1 female doing that job. In Michigan, it's an in and out. Doesn't take long to draw blood. Reminds me of a third world country clinic. All they need is someone with a goat in the waiting room
No one ever wants to get blood worked on, but I came into this location and the front desk. Lady was so kind and inviting and professional and Corina who Drew my blood was amazing. I didn’t even fill her and let me tell you that is talent. Thank you all for being so great.
