Absolute disaster. Extremely unprofessional staff and completely disorganized.
Terrible service. Also terrible hours, how do you say you’ll be closed from 12pm to 1pm and then close an hour early? Why do they even close in the middle of the day. No other labcorp or patient office does that. No one answers the phone when I called 5+ times at different hours. They have not have a “technician” for the pre-employment drug test for the past month and they do not let anyone know until you show up to give the test and then they tell you that they don’t have a technician. The people that work in Yonkers location are very unprofessional and it shows that they are unhappy with their job. You walk in nobody is in the front desk. If you walk in at 11:20 they won’t see you until , mind you they have no patients in the back. Overall a bad experience!!!
This LabCorp is always understaffed. Always a 1 hour wait. The front desk person is lovely & polite. That is the only plus. . I would not recommend this location.
Knew there is gonna be something wrong when I see the one star.. will never go back again. The person who drew the blood really sucked - both his attitude and technique. Will print the order out and take it to quest
