Excellent.
Clean...YES! Parking...plenty. Staff front desk...rude and poor communication. Lazy!!!! Unacceptable.Drug testing for school or employment... Only at certain hours. Not displayed on website. If there were other locations I would gladly go sadly only one site.
Do not go to this place. I was sent here by a third party service that was covering the visit. They designated and set up this appointment for me. Apparently I’m the first person to have this done because Abdul refused to look into my patient profile and decided to scream at me for my insurance instead. I called the company to contact the clinic to resolve this issue. Terrible. Poor signage at location, awful sign in system, and weird requirements printed and what can be done through the computer. Lots of redundancy in the check-in process between the screen and the human. Also, the guy at the desk gave very unclear instructions. On the way out, the automatic doors swing in and hit you if you’re walking too quickly.
I just had the worst experience at this lab. I would not recommend this place to anyone. An appointment that should have been no longer than 10-15 minutes turned into 1 hour and 30 minutes. The staff was unprofessional and trained incredibly poorly. They were unable to get the job done. From the moment I checked in for my appointment to the moment the lab work was completed, it was pure stress and frustration.
