I am writing to express serious concerns about my recent experience at your facility this past Saturday. The staff member at the front desk was responsible for both administrative duties and drawing blood at the same time. While she was extremely kind, professional, and handled a very stressful situation with composure, it is concerning and unsafe for one person to manage both roles simultaneously. They never pick up the phone! No matter when you call them. I called several times on several days trying to make sure I would be attended to. I FINALLY made the trip to this location just to be informed the technician “had called out” . It would have been helpful if they picked up. 🤦♀️
Terrible experience and horrible customer service. I do not recommend this location save yourself the headache.
This place sucks. Only good thing is free parking
They refused to give me services, until I paid a bill that I have never received , from a doctor I haven’t been to. I had a company related paid for form and they refused to give me services. The front dest guy Abdul screamed and asked me to leave when I asked for a bill of what he was charging for
