I have never had to pay for routine blood work. I was ambushed at the desk with having to prepay for the tests until insurance processes the claim. What a sham. Will NEVER use this company again.
The Old Indian man working in the laboratory was disrespectful and constantly nagging me as a patient. He raised his voice without any clear reason, which left me feeling deeply disappointed. His behavior came across as arrogant, as if he thought he was superior to everyone else. Dont't go here or you will feel violated and traumatize. The worst experience of my life.
Tried to call the place to see if they were still doing d rug tests there no one answered the phone. I caught 2 days in a row. I get there to some old man there. And he tells me they don't do it here. No more. I have to go the whole way. It's a New Rochelle. I asked him, so why don't try answer the phones then? The worst place ever.They need to shut that one down
I walked in without an appointment in about 10 minutes later, friendly and efficient front desk staff and overall a pain-free efficient experience. Will definitely go back future lab needs
Absolute disaster. Extremely unprofessional staff and completely disorganized.
