More than Rude completely crazy
Terrible job at drawing blood. Excellent staff but unfortunately what I came here for was the blood test. It's been hurting a lot lately. I'm really disappointed.

I have never had to pay for routine blood work. I was ambushed at the desk with having to prepay for the tests until insurance processes the claim. What a sham. Will NEVER use this company again.
The Old Indian man working in the laboratory was disrespectful and constantly nagging me as a patient. He raised his voice without any clear reason, which left me feeling deeply disappointed. His behavior came across as arrogant, as if he thought he was superior to everyone else. Dont't go here or you will feel violated and traumatize. The worst experience of my life.
