I just had the worst experience at this lab. I would not recommend this place to anyone. An appointment that should have been no longer than 10-15 minutes turned into 1 hour and 30 minutes. The staff was unprofessional and trained incredibly poorly. They were unable to get the job done. From the moment I checked in for my appointment to the moment the lab work was completed, it was pure stress and frustration. Very unprofessional staff. Front desk woman is avoidant and unwilling to help with anything. She just waves her finger at you and says no. Doesn't even listen to your question.
Rude staff, they don’t answer the phone and there’s a long wait at this location. Don’t recommend!
