They never pick up the phone! No matter when you call them. I called several times on several days trying to make sure I would be attended to. I FINALLY made the trip to this location just to be informed the technician “had called out” . It would have been helpful if they picked up. 🤦♀️
Terrible experience and horrible customer service. I do not recommend this location save yourself the headache.
This place sucks. Only good thing is free parking
They refused to give me services, until I paid a bill that I have never received , from a doctor I haven’t been to. I had a company related paid for form and they refused to give me services. The front dest guy Abdul screamed and asked me to leave when I asked for a bill of what he was charging for
