The older blonde lady is the RUDEST person I’ve ever seen in healthcare. As i waited in the waiting room I watched her be rude and nasty to multiple patients. I was told no appt needed, so I walked in, waited for 1hr to be told they wont see me until after lunch and it would be 2 more hours.
