Susan, the phlebotomist, took excellent care of me. I usually have difficult veins, and many phlebotomists struggle, but Susan had no problem at all. She inserted the needle smoothly, drew my blood quickly, and I didn’t feel a thing. She carefully verified my name and date of birth to ensure proper identification, which I truly appreciated. Went to get my lab work done and had an appointment. This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. The woman that took my blood made it a seamless experience. The lab technician, Susan, told me she had over 35 years experience! She was phenomenal! Will definitely go back! Thank you!
